Nobody at the counter. Please ring bell as sign said. I pushed the button and waited 3 times. I then yelled back Good morning. No response. Waited again. Raised my voice louder...Hello, can someone help me? Someone replied that it would be a minute.
After 15 minutes of absolutely ignoring that they had customers in the lobby I yelled out again. This package needs to be sent and I am out of time. I have got to go and this package needs to be sent. A lady came out to the front and made no apology. She seemed weathered from whatever experience was going on back there. I processed my package and the other two patrons may have sighed in relief that help was finally here. Relying on patrons to just wait till they get around to it is unfair. One of the patrons said that he normally has to wait 30-35 minutes for them to come out! Hire staff! This is inexcusable!

Worst customer service and attitude I have ever experienced. After ringing the bell for over 15 minutes after the time they were supposed to be open I was hollered at through a door by a lady telling me "they aren't open yet". After telling her the time she said she doesn't care they are behind and not open and that me needing my package, which was medicine was not her problem. She never would tell me a time at what time they would be open just they aren't open yet..

Headland Postal Service Carriers are the worst , can’t ever order a package and get it.. I always have to go to the Post Office and Find it !! Then when you go the customer service is so RUDE and just don’t even care .. I swear smh

Very rude personnel! Always have to wait at counter because nobody is there. Seems very unorganized and not managed very well!

Seems to me the system being out sigh on the door is a excuse if the system is down this often we have a problem Houston. I had a package was supposed to be delivered today all I got was a tried to deliver card I was in my front yard all morning thanks for the Xtra effort

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the employees at this USPS. Latonya was amazing on the phone and I can tell just by that one conversation that she is going to be successful in whatever she does in life. So patient and thorough in answering my questions as well. The people inside have been great too the two times I’ve gone inside. I just didn’t catch their names. Thank you
