This is my least favorite AT&T store. They are not well informed about the train in process and never are willing to help. I visited this store three times asking for help. Never help me. And they are not a corporate AT&T store so you don’t get the full access there.

Awful customer service. Pulled up at 8:55 and noticed opening was 9. Ok. I’ll sit and wait. I waited almost 15 extra minutes before the lady opened up. Ok. Cool. Traffic could have easily caused her to be a little late. I walked in and she was already in a mood. Should have walked right back out. Told her I wanted to turn my phone in to them after an upgrade since I was charged for my last phone I returned that WAS returned. She rolled her eyes and said in a rude way, “you can’t do that”. I told her the AT&T website stated I could. She said it was wrong. I just got off the phone with a representative at AT&T and he said I was correct and can return my phone to a store. Sounds like someone just doesn’t want to work and this store needs to train these people better.

Too tier customer service! Both the store manager, Shari and her trainee were helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. I was there nearly 2 hours to upgrade a phone and transfer another one. The time flew by and it felt like I was chatting with friends. I will definitely be back with any other issues in the future

The Helena store is great. Shari was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. I upgraded my iphone, had all my questions answered, and felt no pressure.

Upgraded phones and two lines. In store rep asked my wife and I multiple times which phone was going to which line. Phones had to be delivered to our address and when we got them to start the activation process for that the lines for the devices were mixed up. It cause a big inconvenience because I work night shift and will be a hassle for me to be able to go back into a store and get a solution to this issue

If I could leave a minus 100 I would . The female employee in this store refuses to do her job ( I don’t have her name but you will know her) for every issue you have she says she can’t help!! She always says call 611. She continually tells me that I don't have the correct receipt and she cannot see receipts passed three months to get a $40 screen protector which I have paid for a lifetime! I have been in 3 times and she continues to tell me no!!! I called the Hoover store and they told me that was not a problem at all they could see all my receipts no matter how long. This store is horrible minus 100!! I would love for the owner of this business to contact me!

Shari was awesome to work with - kind, genuine, and efficient! I usually put off going in store to do anything with my phone. That said, I had the best customer service I have ever received at an AT&T store. Highly recommend this location!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a cell phone store. I will definitely be returning for all of my purchases and needs to this location !

10/10 do not waste your time at Helena location, drive the extra miles and go to alabaster where they won’t mess up your order or your phone numbers, but fix the issues that Helena location did. I’ve wasted 6 hours of my time fixing a problem that they caused with my phone number not being transferred onto my new phone ,but another persons phone number on our family plan. While we were purchasing the new phones , she was talking about another bad review with a coworker and how it wasn’t even true and how she doesn’t make mistakes and they made a false bad review, meanwhile her coworker is sobbing about the review. Not being able to have the easy phone to phone transfer that Apple has done so well at making . When I went in to talk about issue the lady who we bought our phones from said she can’t help us with that and whoever sold the phone to me did it incorrectly, meanwhile it was her who sold it.
