Savanna in the call center was very rude and condescending to my wife. We definitely won’t be using Acadian for future loans. Very unprofessional company. They also don’t send out billing statements but once a quarter. Shady company

Weren't Avadian's commercials about how they care so much about their customers so very touching? The only problem is they were not true! They only care that you keep putting your money in their financial institution....they do not care about you personally! I have been banking with them for over 10 years now but will be changing my account. And I will be telling anyone and everyone that will listen that they should NOT bank with this institution.

I tried to go to a drive thru tonight for them to repeatability tell me my card didn’t work. So I tried Apple Pay, even tried to retrieve money from my bank account through cash app, it was declined. I checked my account and there was money on there. So I go to card services for my card not to be found. I tried going to the atm, no luck. I tried calling every number there was no luck. I checked my account messages, my email, voicemail and to see if I had any missed calls from the bank to see if there was a possible explanation for this. Nothing. I went to the bank this morning to deposit a check, and no one told me anything about my card. I wish I would’ve used it then so at least I would’ve been able to resolve the issue. Now I have to drive out of my way to a different branch to get this figured out tomorrow. Thank god my family had cash on hand. I’ve never had any sort of issue at all like this, and I’d this were to happen there would’ve been some sort of notice. My card has been messing up all the time since I got it. Maybe it’s a technical issue I don’t know but I really think they should get a hand on this situation because that could really mess someone up.

I got a credit card and never activated it and never used it yet somehow someone used my credit card and they said I did. Completely useless bank and I will never use them again

What a breath of fresh air! Today I had the pleasure of opening a new business account with the help of Rhonda. She was efficient, knowledgeable about the products and her service was completed with a smile. Everyone at the branch was so nice and helpful, I am so glad I chose Avadian Credit Union to handle my business banking.

The tellers are very kinda and easy to deal with but one of the loan officers was beyond rude when I asked questions about an application. I also asked why they lied to my face about the value of the vehicle.When trying to do any form of loan, do not waste your time with avadian.

Called the Helena branch for almost a month every other day and it always rang to the call center. The call center told me I had to speak with the branch to take care of what on needed done. It's was a huge catch 22. Such a cluster with them during Covid-19. Not happy with them at all.

I just had the worst day and the very last thing I wanted to do was go to the bank and deal with anything. The teller at the Helena Branch, whom I am ashamed I didnt get her name, was so kind to me. It made my day, just because she was nice. We live in a world where that goes a very long way. Thank you Teller 1271 *on my reciept* your kindness meant so much to this stressed out mama. It was very appreciated and will be passed along.

Great Branch!! Tammy and Rebecca are very helpful. Rebecca even helped us with a remote closing of a mortgage loan that was not done thru them. We needed a notary to handle it. Always nice when I come in and when I leave!

These people have zero customer service and a horrible turnover. Every time I would call or go in to talk to someone, they "no longer worked there". I wouldn't trust them with my money ever again!

I'm done!!! I've been with Alabama Telco, now Avadian for 20 years and I'm done. The tellers are always polite but any and every time I've need additional services, they can never seem to get it right. Long story short, applied for an unsecured loan last year to complete basement. Gave all the necessary paperwork, had A1 credit and still wasn't approved for loan. The next day applied for loan at our other credit Union over the phone, immediately approved without the hassle. Today I walked in to get some paperwork notarized. 2 lady's available but in no hurry to service me. Finally 1 comes out of the office to assist and ask what I needed. Informed her that I needed a notary. I filled out as much info as I needed but was told I had to fill out additional information that's not even available at this time before she could notarized. Left there and went down the street to my other bank and didn't have a problem at all.
