Very competitive prices, but when signing up they hide until the very last few steps that you either have to buy insurance from them, or you have to provide proof of insurance within a few weeks (or they’ll go ahead and charge you for insurance). It’s none of their business if my property is insured, especially since they waive any responsibility anyway. This seems like a way to get kickbacks from the “Tenant Protection” insurance company they push.Then when you get to the very last page, they show you the actual contract, where they say you can’t store certain things (like collectibles, or things with sentimental value). It turned into a big waste of time.

Good location and very affordable. Only complaint is don’t drive on the gravel rocks. I rent two units here and consistently deal with screws in the tires, so I brought my magnet sweeper, and this is what it picked up in the gravel in front of my two units where I park to load and unload my stuff. Tires get expensive quick so wish they would address this

I've been storing an RV at Bearden Farms for several months under their premise that their lot is secure. I can guarantee you that it is anything BUT secure. Around April/May, thieves walked in and stole catalytic converters from several vehicles, including mine. They also broke into several storage units. The back side of the property is not fenced in, so the thieves simply walked in. The only cameras in the facility are pointing at the front gate, so there is no video of the incident. Police aren't hopeful they'll catch who did it.I've reached out to the owners several times avout making this right, but they have yet to return my calls. Their management says there's 'nothing they can do'..Bottom line, if you value your belongings, DO NOT USE BEARDEN FARMS STORAGE. They have been aware of the issue for months and have not fenced in the back of their lot or installed new cameras.
