“This is the best Dollar general I have ever ever been in. It has a section that I've never seen in any other Dollar general. Such a high-end little area. I was so impressed with this Dollar general and I've been to lots of Dollar general and never been impressed. This was on another level this section that they have, actually the whole store is so organized and clean and nice and neat. It's amazing!”
“This was one of the nicest & cleanest stores I have been in. Not to mention, the associates were friendly, not walking around with a nasty attitude. This is very uncommon to see this in a lot of Dollar Trees I go into, sadly. I'm from out of town, but if I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely visit this location again for anything I need to pick up quickly.”
“I have been to this Dollar Tree a few times. It's hit or miss. The last time I came here I bought a set of four bath sponges from April Bath & Shower. They were pretty poorly made, but I do not really expect much for four bath sponges for only $1.25.”

“I think there should seriously rename the place went in to get two helium balloons and a pack of candy 5.35!!! That is not a dollar or 1.25 even balloon was 2.00 each!! And other things were priced 5.00 and 3.50!! Just change the name! Long lines as usual”

“Went to the family dollar in Bessemer they have a lot of good deals on prices first time going in there and I loved it friendly people it's a nice place to shop for house hole product's everything is right in your face. I would go back. Parking wasn't a problem.”
“I have been going to this store for the last 5 years. Over the last year I can tell that they have a new manager/ staff. The store is always organized and you never see tons of boxes setting unopened like it was before. GREAT JOB.”
“Went there to get some baskets and I couldn't find the amount that I needed so I asked an employee and she was very helpful helping me look for them! She found 1 more of the one I needed. They didn't have all that I needed, but I appreciated her help looking for them!”

“This Dollar Tree is like a major department store and still has a great selection of Christmas boxes both shaped and foldable. Really pretty ones. I had back surgery and couldn’t really wrap very much presents and this help me so much”
“The young lady that assisted me was Brittany she is Kind Polite and VERY Knowledgeable but she is Also an EXTREMELY HARD WORKER this is the BEST this location has looked in YEARS. I can’t brag enough on the girls Brittney and Meredith they have improved this location tremendously- I live within a 1/2 mile from this location and up until 1 month ago I avoided this location simply because of the way it looked and smelled now it’s just bright and VIBRANT Good Job Girls and GREAT JOB Dollar General ! So thankful for a clean place to come and shop.”

“I think some of you need to review the location again because I think you are confused. Most of you are describing the one on 15th Street or 150. And if you're really that upset posted on the better Business bureau website under review. Because corporate will not do nothing until you have reported it to better Business bureau. That's with every business or so I have found out. But I do think some of you have confused this store with another store.”
“The store was fine for a retailer during the holiday season. I wish that some of the aisle way weren't as crowded. No fault of the store as much as it is just a hazard waiting to happen. I enjoyed traveling the distance from my home to see one of my former employers do so well. Go check them out everyone; they are spot on with their inventory and customer service?”
“I really don't see how these guys have such a bad rating. I went in there, and the store was clean. I received excellent customer service, and the store manager Amanda was amazing! I guess people have different experiences, and called them at a stocking time maybe. I get fair ratings, and I think they deserve this one.
