Fair rates but more importantly are the people. It is hard to find friendlier or more helpfull these days. Being 1000 miles away could have made things difficult but the staff made it easy and made me comfortable having my things in their care.

Super friendly, very helpful! Warm, inviting and professional. Had locks and indoor pest repellants available to purchase for inside the unit, as well as regularly scheduled pest control provided throughout the property all year long. Grounds are clean and well maintained and environment feels very safe.

Rented from them in the past. Never had an issue. They even waited 30 mins after the gate closed to let me come back and lock my unit one time.They drafted my monthly rental automatically and when I canceled they stopped. Nice people in the office too.
