Walking into the store I was immediately greeted and was offered help. The atmosphere is friendly and down to earth. Employees are very knowledgeable on many big or small projects. If you ever need more assistance they are there to lend you a hand to carry items out to your vehicle! Yes, I highly recommend Helena Hardware!

Words cannot describe how incredible the service is at Helena Hardware! I live right here in town and try to make it a point in my life to always shop locally when I can, so I come to Helena Hardware pretty often. They are always on 10 when it comes to customer service - always asking how they can help, pointing me in the direction of what I’m looking for exactly without even having to ask (unlike walmart, and other major businesses around town). They have even gone as far as to LEND me tools in times of need! They even went as far as helping me replace the tire on my bike for me, as I had no clue what I was doing and was in over my head! (Big thank you to Joseph & Shelby!) So grateful for everyone there, and of course, i will be back!!! Do yourself a favor, especially if you live in town, always come HERE over going all the way to Lowes or Home depot. You won’t regret it

This store is convenient and has a great inventory, especially when I need a quick fix or have an immediate need. What sets this store apart from any other hardware store is the owner and his absolutely amazing employees!!! The owner is hands on and his employees are hard working, patient, sincere and will do everything in there power to answer any questions, help you problem solve, educate you, help you find anything you need remember you like a mom and pop store and treat you like family. They go over and beyond and I truly appreciate all of their help!!!!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!
I’m not one to write reviews, but I have to give a HUGE shoutout to the most helpful folks I’ve come across in a long time. I was simply a musician who had a problem with some hardware, and they committed themselves to helping me fix everything.
Shelby is the friendliest, most knowledgeable girl I’ve come across in the industry, Jason offered his personal tools and provided valuable suggestions, while Stephen worked tirelessly to see everything through to the end. It’s rare to see customer service like this these days.
Again, thank you Helena Hardware. I’ll be seeing you again soon 🙏🏼

This is where my friends company goes for all his work supply. Today they have failed as a whole. Clearly needing to put some employees through a customer service training! I support small business and local as well but today will be the reason he changes stores.
