We LOVE Primrose Riverwoods!!! The teachers and staff are all so kind and work hard to ensure the kiddos and parents are happy! Mrs. Kayleigh has taught Lillian so much academically as well as socially so far this year. I cannot wait to see Lillian grow and learn even more!!

This year is our son Devin’s first year with Primrose and we love it and hate that we didn’t know about this school earlier. Everyone is so dedicated to helping Devin be the best student that he can be. I appreciate their hard work and dedication. They truly feel like an extension of our family with the amount of hard work, dedication and willingness to help that they show towards Devin and our family. Devin was super shy and has truly began to flourish and grow out of his shell. I would highly recommend them.

We had our 3-year-old child there and it was more of a daycare than a Pre-"school". I don't mind it, but I'm paying $1000+ for a pre-SCHOOL, not a daycare. My child had learned their ABCs and could count to 20 before we sent them there, but they regressed while there. The playground's soft foundation is chopped-up car tires which make the children filthy and possibly toxic ( ecochildsplay.com/2008/0… ) The teacher and staff were all friendly, but walking into the classroom seeing the kids watching a small tablet playing cartoons is not what I want my child to do for $1000+/month. If that's what you want for your child, spend away.

My son has attended Primrose since January of 2022. He has learned so much since starting here. These kids have a blast! He loves the playground, the food, his teachers and his friends! They have additional classes that can come to the school like soccer, dance, gymnastics, etc…They always answer the phone! The administrative staff know all the kids and parents. During the summer they have a splash pad for them to play in and ice cream days. They’ve had bubbles on the playground, released butterflies in the spring. They have special events at the school all the time. It’s always something new and fun for him. Appreciate all the kind staff and teachers watching over my baby. Primrose Riverwoods is 5 stars in my book.

We are a new family to Primrose of Riverwoods. Today is my daughters third day of the prek program and we are very impressed. I can tell the teachers really care about the education of the children. On the first day my daughter came home able to spell her name with little help. Thank you for loving my baby already. We look forward to the rest of the year.

I would not recommend Primrose in Helena. We signed our 2 year old up in November to start in January. The director Kadie provided a great tour and advised us of all the things our son would learn as well as he would receive a book bag. She stated we would complete the paperwork and he would start in January. He never received the bookbag his first week until we asked for it. There was no orientation no meet the teacher nothing. On his first day we arrived to the school early at 7:30 a.m. Again at this time we still didn't meet the teacher because he was in a classroom for kids that get there early. When we go to the classroom the first thing the teacher said to us was did he eat already not Good Morning or anything. This was our first impression and it wasn't a good one During the short time my son attended this school it was very unorganized, minimum communication, and the people there didnt show that they truly cared for your kids learning and well being. My son never once came home with any activities art work that was done in the classroom. There was no coloring drawings nothing sent home at the end of the day not even on the last day I picked him up. There were several times when we would pick him up his things would not be with him at the end of day. The TEACHERS would advise us to check a particular room to get his things. Also the teachers would give us stuff that was not his things again back to the unorganization of this school and teachers. One day we picked him up and he was not in his normal class. He spent the day in the 3 year old class not his normal class. This would be fine if we were told about the transition. This again is a lack of organization and communication. On another occasion we picked him up around 5:45 p.m. which is before they close they had him sitting in the front of the build with no coat and HE HAD ANOTHER KIDS CUP DRINKING OUT OF IT. On this day they told us oh his coat and cup might be in this room no apology no concern that he had someone else cup. In the time we are in with Covid and many other things going around its a huge no no to have him with someone else cup when his name is on his cup. We advised the executive of this issue. After that I'm assuming the executive talked to the teacher to advise her to have his coat and cup with him. Two days later his teacher sent him home with a new bookbag (he already had a bookbag that we had to ask for so it was no reason for another new bookbag). The bag the teacher sent home on that day included his cup and all of his change of clothes in the bag this was on a Wednesday. We never once asked for his change of clothes to be sent home in the middle of the week. I felt this teacher sent the bag home in middle of the week with his change of clothes to be vindictive she didn't care and she knew he only had one week left at the school. Also, on that same day this same teacher sent him home in a WET pull up when we stressed to the school he was potty trained and only wore a pull up while he napped. The teacher didn't even send the pair of underwear home he wore to school that day. (these underwear were never found no clear explanation of what happen again unorganization) After this last occasion we didn't even feel comfortable with bringing him back to this school even though we paid for the last week. This school is unorganized, with teachers that are lazy, not trained, and don't care about your child. On Friday I went to the school to have a conference with the excutive regarding my reasons and concerns for not sending my son back to this school and to get his nap map and remaining things. I talked to the executive about our concerns and her explanation was the teachers in his class started when my son started(which clearly showed). Also, that they are working to get them better trained. The teachers at this school should be trained before interacting with kids so things like this would not happen. There was no clear explanation of why his things(change of clothes) were sent home on a Wednesday b

We have been at Riverwoods for about 3 years now. Both of our daughters have attended there and we couldn't be happier! The staff is very friendly and everyone is always welcoming the girls with a smile. Even the teachers that don't have our girls in their class know their names and are always excited to see us. Any questions or concerns are addressed immediately and with care. We love Primrose at Riverwoods and we highly recommend to anyone in search of great childcare.

Primrose has been the best school for my children. My oldest daughter just finished PreK and my youngest is in early preschool. Both children have come home talking about what they have learned, the friends they've made and the teachers they love. I know my children are well taken care of, loved, and in a safe and happy atmopshere. We have had the best experience with teachers and great feedback and response to any and all questions we have had from administration and the owners. I only wish I had enrolled them sooner.

From the start, there were risks everywhere. Heavy, unmounted furniture. Toy kitchen center next to fire alarms where the kids could climb up and pull it. Outdoor access that could never be locked or blocked in any way. I had more kids than DHR ratio rules allowed. When DHR visited, the management took kids out of my room and told me to lie. There were kids with behavior problems who caused physical harm to the other kids as well as teachers. One teacher had her eyeball stabbed with a fingernail. On my very first day at work, my head bled from a wooden box cracked across it in anger. I was bitten. I got bruises. Nothing was ever addressed. The solution to every problem we brought to management was "you need to work harder on this" or "you need to work harder on that."Part of our job was making it seem like kids were stimulated at all times. We had to send two photos of each child per day. Kids behind us would be biting and slapping each other while we tried to get a photo of one child doing the activity that we set up just for the photo and that lasted for 20 seconds. The only thing Primrose cares about is the tuition money and the Primrose Image. It's all a lie. You have to buy your shirts out of your own paycheck. They make you drink out of a plastic Primrose cup that's too big for car cupholders and doesn't have a lid so it spills everything. But they're not going to lift a finger to help you. You are expendable to them. You're young. You're $8.50 an hour.
