I rented a climate controlled storage unit from StoreEase Helena. All of my stuff is covered in mold. This is unacceptable for a climate controlled storage unit.

This is my first time needing a storage unit, and I must admit, I was overwhelmed thinking about the process. Trying to find a storage that was suitable for our needs, the ease of renting the storage, and accessibility were all important to me. My husband mentioned that he had passed a new storage facility and suggested that we try it. It was the best decision we could have made. The facility is clean, great lighting and safe! The ease ofsetting up the rental on my phone was paying for it, and accessing the unit was effortless. Then I decided I needed a second unit. I explored the app and needed a little bit of assistance. This morning I received a call from Greg at StoreEase. He stated he was calling to make sure that I had a good experience renting the storage unit, and he asked if I needed assistance with anything else. I told him that I needed help securing a second unit setting up my payment. He assisted me with the second unit and explained all the details. I am completely satisfied with my overall experience with this company.Thanks, Greg and StoreEase!

We were soooo impressed with the EASE of stowing our things in this latest technological set up of semi-AI facility. Man, we wish this was around years ago from the beginningbof our storage needs! Will always be our choice moving forward!

This storage is state of art!!! Very clean unit with a great amount of room. The vitual assistants are great. Peyton assisted me with my move-in, and he was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. I recommend this facility to anyone that's searching for a modern day secured facility.
