The environment is not very relaxing. Awkwardly quiet is the best description. The techs don’t speak to you, or say anything for that matter. They truly look as if they hate their profession. The paint on my pedicure is uneven, thicker in some places. The Pedicure charge was $35 for basic paint you can get at Walmart for $8.

I went there because it was the closest to my house on Google maps. If you enjoy being treated horribly and ignored, (the tech was on her phone the entire time of pedicure, I believe she’s the owner) I was so annoyed having to listen to her conversation while trying to relax. Then she says my total is $35? For a basic (unenjoyable) pedicure? I will be going elsewhere or having my child paint my nails because she got paint all over my toes… I should have taken a picture bc it was a joke.

Went here to get my nails done, the man who did my nails was rude I tried to start small talk but he was extremely nonchalant. He threw my hands and was not in any way gentle with my nails. I told him twice that I was not satisfied with one of my nails and he insisted that nothing was wrong with it. Him and his wife were speaking a different language anytime I would bring up an error he made which led me to believe that they were speaking ill of me. He constantly gave his wife annoyed glances anytime I stated something. I asked if I was being an inconvenience due to the animosity towards me and they said no despite the attitude not changing. The final result of my nails were very sloppy and I had gel all over my cuticle and underneath my nails. I decided to come back the next day so that I may get my nails fixed and his wife did my nails and asked if I was satisfied I told her no and immediately he started speaking a different language to his wife and off the bat I could tell he was talking about me in an aggressive manner. Although I’ve been here twice before and haven’t had a serious, issue I will not be coming back because of the hostility I faced and the horrible customer service this place provides. May God bless this business and change the hearts of the owners.

Highly recommended visiting Jennifer and Jackie. They’ve become great friends over the last 10 years. I have very painful ingrown toenails and no one is better than Jennifer.
I never let anyone else work on me, I call her my surgeon!

Wanted a relaxing experience, instead had the quickest nail dip ever. I’m sad to say that this will be the last time I ever go here. Dirty surroundings. Papers everywhere, and the costumer service was terrible.

Nope. This ain’t it. Older gentleman did my SNS— I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. Y’all. It was baddd. Mishapen, bumpy, glue and powder all around and under my nails. I kindly asked him to fix a nail and oh my goodness that was a mistake. He started gaslighting me infront of the entire salon (including my children), blaming it on my nails, slamming his instruments around, mumbling under his breath, and was visibly shaking with anger. I’m not gonna lie to y’all.. I got in the car and cried. I left with atrocious looking nails and a very bad interaction to top it off. Save yourself the money and a headache— go literally anywhere else. Two stars because the nice woman gave me a great pedicure.
