My regular nail salon was super busy and I needed to get a manicure with gel and chrome. My service was done on 7/24 and I noticed chipping the next days and when I looked almost every nail was chipped. This is my 4th chrome mani and I have never experienced this. I called on 7/29 and said they were chipping and the owner asked me to come back. When I presented she acted like she couldn't see the chipping and then told me it's been 5 days and the chips came from touching stuff and did NOT offer to fix or touch up or ANYTHING. I spent $117 for my nails and toes plus a tip and I will NEVER return again because they definitely don't value customers and care to retain them.

Nail popped off just 3 days after i got them done(full set ) not worth it if they popping off so easy and fast but tgey did look nice

Lisa is my favorite ?. She pays attention to every detail and is very efficient. My nails always come out perfect. The salon is really pretty and peaceful.

Love it. Great customer service. The guy asked me a couple of times if he wasn’t hurting me or if the water was not too hot for my feet. The acrylic nails are thin and smooth; not as thick as what other nail shops have left me.
