For some reason I misplaced or lost my contacts lenses…But I needed a replacement fast and in a hurry…I called to see my options. On the phone I spoke with Monica she gave me the best customer service, she took the time out her busy work schedule to make sure we were on the same page with getting me the right Contacts I needed…. she even volunteered to send me a picture of the contact lenses box to make sure they were the exact same kind I needed!!! Also when I arrive she was so sweet and active in what I needed… I appreciate her sooo much,she made my day with her pleasant energy!!! Thanks Monica!

On 1/22 I called to confirm someone would be able to assist me with adjusting my glasses because I work until 5:30. I was informed someone would.I rush from work hoping I wouldn’t keep anyone waiting. I get there and notice the hours on the door read closing at 6pm. The time is 5:56pm as I walk through the door.No one greets me out of the six associates in office. Everyone looked like zombies. I sensed everyone was ready to go. Unsure of the person in charge/to speak with and still a little nervous, I speak.Afraid to venture in further, I walk to the counter and inform the African American woman in glasses with curls in her hair, I called about having my glasses adjusted. I pass her my glasses and she held them as if they were gross. She looks them over and asks me if I bought the frames “from us”. I say I did not but I wonder: what does that matter? I wasn’t questioned bringing my own frames in to have the prescription filled. Why now upon simply having them adjusted? This woman then calls over to another associate to assist me and tells me to have a seat.Not five minutes later, I’m handed my glasses. They felt better after trying them on so I quickly leave.I also intended to ask for a cloth to clean my glasses. I didn’t receive one after picking up my glasses.

They are great people there. The girl that help me to get what I could afford and she work so hard. I wish I could remember her name cause she went above qnd made sure I could get my glasses.

Why have i still not been seen what so ever at 4 PM when my appointment was at 3:40? People make appointments because they have other things to do. There are still several people ahead of me. Stop overbooking.Update it’s now 4:50 and i still haven't been seen by a doctor. STILL HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME so i left. Thanks for wasting my time after a long day of work!Could hear the doctor in the room running her mouth talking small talk while she has several patients waiting. Very inconsiderate

I literally have been waiting 45 minutes just to pay for my services. This is ridiculous. The doctor was nice. Tariq was helpful as well. Just hated being there for almost 3 hours.

I came in for an eye exam. Nice staff. Doctor was great. However I wanted to pay for my eye exam and leave. Unfortunately you have to wait...to speak to a sales associate who wants to sale you glasses or contacts. Unfortunately the staff at the desk can't take payment. No wonder the eye exam was so inexpensive. There is no reason except to upsell to keep people waiting. Terrible experience because of this. Maybe train the staff behind the counter how to process a payment instead of answering the phone.

Hey ! So today was my first day ever going & my visit was very nice. Doctor super sweet & patient. The staff was very welcoming. They didn’t accept viva health insurance but my money was well spent. Plz check them out ! Very professional

I called and was able to receive an appointment the same day. The customer service was amazing. Nikki checked me in and she also ended up being the person to check me out due to others shifting ending. She was very professional and pleasant. With me relocating back to Birmingham the experience has definitely helped me choose America’s Best on Lakeshore for my eye care needs.
