Had an excellent experience at Crowne Jewelers today. I needed a clasp replaced on my necklace, and they took care of it. The replacement was a nice upgrade. It was a more secure clasp. Expedient, courteous, and professional service. I highly recommend Crowne Jewelers.

Friendly, expert service. Sometimes they are busy with other customers. Be patient, and be very careful while browsing the display cases while you wait. There is a good chance you'll find a piece of jewelry you didn't know you needed.
