Staff guy was confused, I faxed 6 pieces of paper within the US and he told me it was $17.95 for International faxing. And when I asked for a receipt, he said he could not give me a receipt??? Horrible Service!!!

After 2 days, I've finally recieved the package that I ordered ONLY because I decided to PERSONALLY drive to the facility and pick it up. I and my fiancé both attempted to call the 1-800 number listed for assistance, we provided our phone numbers for further directions to our property and neither were contacted at any point of the two "attempted" deliveries. I was also told by the corporate representative that an individual would reach out to me via email, text message, or phone call, none of which happened either. I'm not normally a negative individual, but after every one of our attempts to communicate with no reciprocation, quite frankly, I'm disappointed.

god damn there automated phone system is the absolute worst! Don't bother calling just go in. What a POS system.

Terrible service. Sat home all day waiting on important packages. No doorbell or knock.. just a tag on the door. One package didnt even need a signature. Contacted support and told that Jeremy at the homewood location can't guarantee redelivery today. Seems like a driver mistake would warrant redelivery same day. It was very imprtant I receive it before 5pm.

Wait time reasonable and service efficient. I had a QR code that Walgreens and another site could not read but this site could. I was getting frustrated after two tries/trips and will always use this location.

Saturday store hours say 8:00am however; this store has not opened and it’s 8:30am. Poor customer service

The Ship Center closed earlier than the posted time. This site has a history of poor service and obviously is not supervised well. FedEx may be an organization where it is difficult to fire employees that need to be let go. UPS is a better choice if you can use them. The crew in Homewood, AL needs to be replaced by motivated workers that do not have “the attitude”.

Had a lot of trouble trying to return window AC to Walmart. Went to 2 Walmart and the Homewood FedEx with no progress. Hoover FedEx processed it for me in about 10 minutes.

they tried delivering our package to our neighbors house and when we went over there to tell him wrong house he sped up our driveway. they've held our package for over a week now and at this point i dont think we'll ever get it. they haven't even updated delivery date its just delayed due to incorrect address our address is correct the driver is just incompetent.

A client sent me a QR code for a return package. The FedEx website states that the location at Snow Drive accepts QR code returns. The worker at the store said my QR code wouldn't work because it was texted to me and I needed to have it emailed to me instead. The client then emailed the same image and the FedEx person said it still didn't work. Then they said I needed to go to a FedEx office location. Then they said I should go to Kinko's to print out the QR code. Then she said the person who created the QR code did it wrong so it wouldn't talk to her computer. I went to another location and the QR code worked fine, the worker at Snow Drive simply didn't know what they were doing or talking about.

Connie is the best!! She makes this site better than most!!
