Had a delivery scheduled to arrive today and received absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from Hackbarth. I finally called to see what was happening when there was no delivery. Was told someone called in sick and would let me know next week when to expect the delivery . I don’t expect any communication as there has been none so far. Very disappointed in this company!

Customer service is trash. It a lady that constantly hangs up the phone because she's emotionally challenged or delayed. That said, if you can't hire competent people to answer the phone and correspond like a human then you don't need to be in business of any kind. Trash service, trash customer service and delivery guy collected items that were not his to collect. Do better in the year of our LORD!

The WORST service I have ever had.They sent one delivery man to deliver a couch and he literally left it in the driveway refusing to bring it in the house.When we unwrapped it, it was filthy and torn apart. Unacceptable service and impossible to get anyone in the Birmingham office on the phone.

The worst. Did not contact me to schedule the delivery. Did not alert me until the day of via email it would be delivered. Did NOT ring the doorbell when they delivered. AND, left the 300 lb. delivery on the sidewalk instead of on the porch late in the day and exposed to future rain showers, and this may shock you but I cannot lift 300 lbs. Could not have been done more poorly.

We ordered two chairs from Wayfair, There was confusion on their part as to when the chairs were received by Hackbarth for home delivery, but eventually we were told (on July 25th) it was July 17th. We were told by Wayfair, who had contacted Hackbarth, that the chairs would be delivered on the 26th. We requested a delivery time after 2 PM because both of us would be at appointments. We got a call last night, possibly from the driver, that the delivery would be between 1 and 5 PM, and we'd get a call before the truck arrived. OK....we'd both be home by 12:30. But at 11:49 our front gate guard called to say the truck was there! Our phones were both on mute. when we got home we immediately called Hackbarth, but they said they couldn't get in contact with the truck driver. Then we checked our land line, and sure enough, the driver had left a message.....at about 11:49! Finally we were able to contact the driver, and he was early and was upset that we weren't home. He said he was on his way to a delivery in Jemison, and would not be coming back to our house. He said we'd have to reschedule! He then said "have a nice day", and hung up.

Ugh dealt with this company today. I get shipments monthly from a beer delivery service for the last 15 months no problem in California. I move to Texas and the company Hackbarth takes over delivery, and all hell breaks loose. Three days late on this package then the driver decided to show up unannounced at 7AM, wait for less than 15 min, leave without telling me, and not respond to my texts for an hour and a half: Terribly unprofessional. Coming from Memphis, I have been around shipping logistics my whole life. Hackbarth is a total hack from everything I have seen. Avoid them

I ordered a 13-piece outdoor dining set from Wayfair and paid extra for the "white-glove" delivery and assembly service. Mr. Grant and Antonio who made the delivery and assembled the table and chairs were phenomenal. I give them 5- stars, but I have to ding one star for the fact that no one in the Birmingham office would answer the phone. I had to call the regional center in Mobile to make arrangements for delivery.

Absolutely terrible. Package was suppose to arrive on 6/4 but didn’t arrive till 6/12. On top of that only half of my package was delivered. Got the table top but have no legs to assemble the table top on and I also did not recieve my chairs. So I literally have a flat piece of wood just sitting on the floor. Customer service is saying all they can do is send an email to the main office...

I ordered a loveseat from Wayfair on June 1st. It arrived at Hackbarth Delivery Service on June 13th. A representative called and set up the delivery date for June 24, 2019 between the hours of 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. No one called, no one came. I have been unable to reach anyone at the number given. I have contacted their home office in Mobile, Alabama. I also have a case manager set up with Wayfair. I have tried calling the Hackbarth Delivery Service with no response. I am thoroughly disgusted at this point.

Horrible service at Birmingham location. Have been waiting for my stove from American Home Shield to be delivered for 6 weeks now. I have gotten stood up 4 times and rescheduled 3 times. I don’t even think they deserve the 1 star.
