CLOSE THIS PATHETIC STORE AND REPLACE IT!!!!
If I could I would give this store 0. I stood in the electrical bulb section for 30.min waiting on someone to assist. A worker named Art passed by, I asked him, Do u work over here ? He sd, no! I sd, Can u call for the person that does? He did and walked away instead of saying I will try to help if I can. As I waited for no one to come another customer sd she had the same experience and good luck finding someone.. I went to the customer service desk and asked for the manager. I was told Rob and Warren. I didn't have time to wait another 30 min for someone to come. I called back no one answers the telephone. I WON'T BE shopping here again. I will go to another store or Home Depot next time..
My suggestion if you don't have enough workers CLOSE this store!!!! Or If the workers aren't doing their jobs hire people that will.

I shop this location frequently and all staff workers are very friendly and helpful. Workers always know where items are if I need help. Some days they have less staff, but that is everywhere nowdays.

I went for two specific products. In one instance it was not immediately clear that one was to take a coupon to a cashier, and then there were no coupons. In the second case, the store didn't have the item in the finish desired.

Terminated me but 9/10 when I call up to the store no one answers the phone to where I can inform them that I can’t make it In I know some days still count against me but I wouldn’t be terminated right now if people would actually pick up the phone more and I had to be escorted out for no reason when I didn’t have a bad attitude or threatened anyone and some of the employees/coworkers are rude for no reason some family and friends that worked here informed me early before I started working here that there not that great

Got to go to the pro desk to get told to go back to customer service. Waited over 20 mins for a manager to help with a simple matter. He saw me waiting while hearing the announcement for assistance and still had me wait with no acknowledgement. Completely lazy. Completely incompetent.

It’s an awful experience every time I go in this dump. No help getting paint. No help getting drywall off the huge stack. No help finding drywall supplies, which are on a back endcap in the plumbing section for some reason. Stood at the help desk for ten minutes ignored while 5 employees had a grand ol time gossiping so just went on a wild goose chase for my supplies. When I finally found what I needed with help from the app and I was not asked for my Pro number and therefore my purchase does not show on my account for a PO. So frustrating.

Electrical wire is a bit expensive here. Had windows installed that was good experience..
Had dish washer installed that was bad experience. They use independent contractors.
