Had an amazing experience. The young girl who helped me was very knowledgeable about the products and knew all the do's and don'ts of hair care!!! She saw my daughter's hair texture and immediately knew what to request for her hair type!!! 10 out of 10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

What is wrong with people not wanting to work. When a customer comes in we don't want you sitting on top of the counter with the cash register on your phone. On top of that, when someone ask you where is something at you don't know. If you don't want to work then go home. Is this what the future holds. Why would you want someone like that working in your store. That's actually a turn off. This generation, who is the manager? Plus my mother in law experience the same thing.

I’m giving this store 5 stars because Hannah was willing to help me get everything I needed for bleaching my natural hair. She was ready to answer any question I had and it meant a lot being that people are so rude and lazy at their jobs and blame covid. But not her ! She did great and I’m a black customer and she was white! I will return to show her how my hair turned out! Thank you Hannah if you see this ! ?

KEEP YOUR LASHES LONG AND YOU'RE STANDARDS HIGH! I came into Sally's yesterday. Was hoping I cold find the brand of shampoo and conditioner that I use. I know that Ulta sells it, but wanted to see if there were any other beauty stores that might sell it too. I am looking for Redken I have been in love with their formula for a while. It does exactly what I need it to do on my hair. Not too oily and doesn't leave a residue either. absolutely fantastic, the best part about the product is that it also doesn't cost too too much. When I came into Sally's at first I was unsure if the store was even opened. It looked closed from the outside looking in. But when I walked up to the door, the hours posted on the window outside said it as opened. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for. But they had so much other stuff. Almost everything from hair coloring products to gels and even nail and some make up products too. The girls who worked here, seemed to be very fun and energetic. We were the only customers in the store, but they seemed to have enough other work to do that they kept themselves busy and not hovering over us. Though I was disappointed they did not have my product, I still liked what they did have at the store. There is a mixture of products that you might not find in the everyday drug stores, and some products you might be able to find at Ulta.

Store continues items out of stock Thursday-5th attempt. I asked for # so I could call before driving (from Hueytown-20 miles) Staff said phone was broken I can't call to see if it comes in. Suggested I drive to another store further away. Really??

unknowledgeable employees. One lady told me that it was perfectly fine if I took back hair extensions just to find out that was against company policy and they won’t give me a refund. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. don’t shop here.

Came in around 6pm today. Needed help with helping me find products to fix terrible hair dye that had been done.Asked for assistance and immediately a sweet girl came to my rescue. She answered all my questions, gave me tips, showed me what products to purchase. Couldn't have been a better shopping experience without her.When I was checking out, I finally realized she didn't work there. Big thanks to her friend who did work there for having her help me. This was my first time at this location. I will be back and recommending to all to go there.Ps to the girl who helped me. I manage a fitness gym Riviera Fitness Centerpoint. I help promote OUR MEMBERS BUSINESSES. COME SEE ME. WOULD LOVE TO HELP PROMOTE YOURS?

I usually enjoy my visit but, this visit was uncomfortable. I asked, if I could get some nippers. The manager said, what did you need. I said, the nippers. She said, nipples. This was very inappropriate. I said, to myself, you know like hell y'all don't have anything associated with the breast. I've been a repeat customer for many years and even worked for the company many years ago. Nipples, really. She needs to be more professional. Not funny at all.
