Horrible customer service. The short blk male with long beard has no willingness to assist Unless it’s a sale that he can get compensated for. I recommend going to any other Spectrum store if you’re seeking new service (phone, cable, internet etc).

Went to Homewood store at 12:20 and it was closed. Doors locked with lights on? Was going to change from At&T but oh well.

The fact that you have 2 technicians in my neighborhood, on my street, double parked with cones blocking the street so that NO ONE can pass just speaks volumes on your services and the training you put into your employees! Also, to speak to these "technicians" and to receive the attitude just because they were asked to move was ridiculous! A whole delivery truck had to back down a hill and reroute because of them. I will NEVER do business with spectrum!

SUSPICIOUS activities!Went to Spectrum store to buy new SIM card for my iPhone. The sales person at the store set up new eSIM on my phone. I paid for the new eSIM at about 10:30 am of Oct 11, 2023, and about five hours later, there is no phone signal, no service at all.I went back to the store the next day and asked the same sales person: why there is no service, what is happening to the new eSIM. She said she didn’t know. She asked me to put my pass word to unlock my phone and ran to the back room with my phone in her hand without my permission and without telling me what she wanted to do with my phone behind my back. She stayed in that back room with my unlocked phone for quite a long time. When she came out, she said my phone cannot use eSIM, which is NOT true because I had been using eSIM on my iPhone for quite a long time before I came to see her. She put physical SIM card on my phone and called Spectrum Mobile customer service and told me to ask the customer service to activate the new SIM card for me.Her action is exhibiting SUSPICIOUS behavior. She asked me to put my pass word to unlock my phone and ran away with my phone WITHOUT my PERMISSION and against my will, and without telling me what she wanted to do with my phone behind my back. She has no RIGHT to ran away and stayed in that back room with my unlock phone for quite a long time, and the problem is still NOT solved!!CRIME occurs when someone takes and carries away someone else’s property without permission or misappropriation of goods in legal speak is THEFT, that’s a criminal offense. People cannot just take stuff without permission, that’s the LAW.SHE, the sales person, and SPECTRUM will definitely be RESPONSIBLE for any damages that will occur to me in the future.No legacy is so rich as HONESTY.There is NO right way to do the wrong thing.Be accountable, straight forward & HONEST in all your dealings.

Let me start by saying the sales specialist helping me was amazing and my disappointment has nothing to do with her or her level of customer service.I am writing because of what appears to be a flaw in the company’s ability to do right by the customer. I walked in prepared to transfer my phone service to spectrum and upgrade my existing phone. My sales specialist went to the back and brought out the new phone ready to make the transaction. She let me know the system would not allow her to give me the phone currently in her hand , but that it would have to be mailed to me. Not only would it take 3 business days to arrive, someone would need to sign for it. Unfortunately no one in the local store knew of a way to override this and allow me to purchase the phone physically there in the store. I then called the spectrum customer service line who also informed me that they could not help me as well. When I explained that I travel for work and would not be in town to sign for a FedEx delivery, I was informed that I could just go to my local FedEx and pick it up.So here is the problem I have with this. I take time out on my day off to offer you my business and purchase a new phone from you that is physically laying on the counter in front of me. But instead, I’m expected to wait 3 business days for you to ship it only to arrive when I’m not home and get sent to a local FedEx. Then I am expected to take my time and go to the FedEx location once I’m back in town to again spend more time to come back to your local store to activate it.This does not in any way create a compelling or positive customer experience. Kudos to the sales team on their efforts but what a disappointing brand experience that led me to just keep my current service provider.

Told me they switched my number of 15 years to my new Sim. 2 months later my phone service and number were lost because they said I never had an account. They report me to CBE which had a paper showing I did have an accountIf you dont want to lose your lifelong cell number,dont change to Spectrum mobile like I did. Basically they refused to apply my payment saying i had no accountThey then turned off my service and blocked the number. When i asked cbe what is thd account. They produced a an account attachdd to an address i have not lived for years. Charter messed up everything when they made me lose my number of 15 years. I immediately switched back to my cell phone company of 23 yesrs. Dont fall for the no fees gimmick and switch over to Spectrum. Your cell phone will end up messed up.Spectrm will either be merged out of existence or bankrupt soon. Just wait.

Very rude manager, how can a whole manager asks me she doesn't understand why a junior employee had to send me talk to her about waiver fee after trading-in a phone before the 14days return policy period elapsed.It now makes sense why they are loosing customers, 5 employees were just sitting & on their phones as the manager was lecturing me and later sending me to call customer care of which I didn't buy the phone online. Then the customer service either couldn't help so why lie to customers about return policy which doesn't apply at all?Very unprofessional work ethics

Spectrum home internet for the past two years has been nothing but frustration & regret. Unreliable, sporadic internet service that goes out multiple times a day. The problem is not at my house, but my neighborhood(Scottsdale in Alabaster) and Spectrum refuses to fix the problem. Awful company.

The gal who helped me was fantastic and got me out of there with no hassle at all but Spectrum itself is going to lose my business . The quality of their services in my mind is terrible !! I was working in Michigan and they have Infinity and their services were way better and if I'm not mistaken ( although I might be ) they are owned by Spectrum. Hulu here I come !!

Had several things to get accomplished and they were able to do zero. The only thing they could do was tell me to go to another location because this system is down, that system doesn't work and can't help guide to a location that would be helpful.
