Swaddle is a lovely baby and toddler store with a great selection of clothing, toys, gifts, and non-apparel items. The brands carried are unique and not found at many other local places. The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the owner is passionate about every thoughtfully chosen item in the store. Some customers note issues, however. The store can have inconsistent service, with customers sometimes not being greeted. Some items, including specific brands, are marked up higher than the MSPR. The baby registry system has had problems, with items rarely in stock and not being ordered or held, and registries not always managed well. There is also limited stock of boys' clothing. Despite this, many feel the community is lucky to have Swaddle for its unique and beautiful items.
