I have a commercial account with all three of the major parts providers in town. This particular store is by far the most difficult to deal with. Disappointed and honestly- offended.

They were very helpful in tightening a bracket under the red battery connection that had popped loose causing a dead battery - not good - but they were helpful.

Came in today Sunday, January 5th 2025 around 2:30pm for a new battery. Dj took care of me and installed the new battery. One of the best experiences I've had here.

Went out of the way today to get my battery tested (and likely replaced as I've had it for about 5 years). Was told they could not test batteries at the time. Didn't give a reason but guessing it was because the only other employee was on break; I saw him walking to a restaurant across the street as I pulled up. I know it's hard to find help these days, but it was very disappointing that something as simple as a battery change could not be done. Will be reluctant to visit this location in the future.

I had a great experience at this location yesterday. I needed a car battery replaced and installed for my 2008 Kia. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They had me in and out in about 10 minutes, including the installation. I definitely recommend!

This location used to be very good and helpful. Now staff is not knowledgeable what so ever and don’t care. I was in there last weekend and an employee was having a full blown meltdown in the store/parking lot. Screaming and crying how she hated her job and how terrible it was. Just sorry store now.
