I wanted an item that didn’t have my size available in store. I was told they could order it and it would be delivered in 2-3 days. At checkout she said my old address and asked if this is where I wanted it shipped, I told her NO I have moved. She had trouble entering it in and had to call a manager, so I confirmed literally 5 different times at the counter she had my new address before paying. Twenty minutes after leaving the store I got the purchase email and she shipped it to the wrong address anyway. I called customer service to which I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to come to the phone only to tell me the rule of changing the shipping address couldn’t be corrected in the first hour due to it was ordered in store and not on my account online. So my package is going to the wrong address which is almost an hour away. It couldn’t be canceled and reordered because it was now out of stock online. And then to top it all off I only ordered this for a vacation which it is now not going to arrive by. That 2-3 days, is now 2 weeks and the package is STILL not here.

I would like to say I've had the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. The manager Justin has been seen as rude and impatient to both his crew and others in the store alike. I would recommend upper management to handle this situation quickly.

An employee entered in the wrong information for an item I returned, therefore I wasn’t credited the full amount that I paid. Called the manager and he said the only thing he could do for me is if I came back to the store that is 40 minutes away after I just got home……. Very frustrating.

I walked in with a shopping bag from another store when the sensor went off and an employee came towards us and asked if we had sensors on anything. When we explained to her that we just walked in the store and we didn't have anything. She asked to see our bag . So unprofessional and embarrassing.

YOU PLAID ME AT HELLO! If you are looking for some lounge like apparel Aerie is the best place to come. They have a little bit of everything to make you feel comfortable. I know this is a very stressful time of year and with Christmas being two days a way everyone is a little bit more on their toes than usual. Why not be stressed but also comfortable? Aerie specializes in comfy lounge wear. They have pajamas both long and short, tons of sweaters and sweatpants too. It is a subdivision of American Eagle apparel which is mainly known for their jeans. Typically I will come into Aerie for their lingerie as they have some of the most comfortable bras and panties that don't break the budget like Victoria secret. This store was busy, but not too too bad. They have an amazing selection and if you are doing some last minute Christmas shopping they are even open late. The variety is fantastic with all sorts of colorful things as well as neutral colored things too. The staff is very friendly and super nice. I noticed that the line was a little too long for my liking so I decided I was going to purchase my items online instead of in store. They were super accommodating and put my items back for me. I will be back for sure.

I took a star aways for the lack of inventory. I found a lot of great styles, the only problem was not having my size. They did have some very great and creative styles to chose from I just wish they'd get some more sizes in so that other customers can find what they need. The employees are also very nice and outgoing to make sure you have a great visit.

aerie has the cutest lingerie! They are having a 25% off sale but you can find other good deals throughout, such as BOGO socks (short or knee-high) and 60% off selected socks (on the aerie side). AE jeans are the best fitting IMO. They have adorable flip-flops and sandles too!
