An amazing location and credit union. Have been using APCO for decades.

I thought when you enter the drive through the teller at least greets you. She said absolutely nothing, if I could give her a zero I would

I called in because my husband and I couldn't access our account after the update. I was treated so rudely on the phone for no reason (I was totally calm and polite and was on the phone with the guy for like 1 minute before he started getting rude). There's no excuse for speaking that way to people who bank with you. They really need to work on their customer service here!

Cannot wait to transfer my money out of this bank. Cut off my debit card on a weekend and had no way to buy groceries or put gas in the tank. Called their after hours number and they said there is nothing they can do. So they can turn off a card but cannot turn it back on? Good to know a company can dictate when a person eats and how they can travel. Unacceptable.

As far as interest goes the rates are great....that's the only reason I bank here. I went to close one of my savings accounts they closed one of my mother in laws checking when she called they told her I "showed ID saying I was her" she told them no I didn't they told her she can reopen it if she wants, they also sent me a debit card for MY bank with her name on it, her name is not anywhere on my account....... again I only bank here for the interest rates

Customer service employee attitudes are hit or miss. APCO's automated phone system is broken. When you press 4 to speak to an after hours representative, it always takes you to the military customer support recording.

Manager got mad at me and was hitting hand on table the whole time. So of course the tellers “didn't hear it.†Not willing to work with me on what's happened and very rude branch manager at Hoover location. He also kept saying one thing then saying he said something different. How can the credit union be a place I trust my money at if he's gonna change his story and hit the table hard? Plus, he was rude to the cop when the cop came to see me about what happened and the manager was rude to him. The cop even said with how he acted the manager knew they were at fault. He's not even getting in trouble by his boss for it either. My family has been with this credit union for three generations and 67+ years. But that means nothing to him or the higher ups. It's ridiculous.
