I love this place! They have a very large selection of bedding and curtains. This store has the largest selection of home goods. They have lots of stuff but I only spent time in two areas because I was limited on time. Their associates were very friendly.

Do not online shop with this store. They sent me 100 messages alerting me to pick up my order but no message alerting me that they didn't have part of my order. This is the second time. The first time I ordered 4 mugs for gifts, I came to pick up my order they had 1 mug. The second time I ordered 5 mugs, I get there they only have 4. No message alerting me. It's pure incompetence.

This place has everything. Everything! We needed a couple of inexpensive outdoor patio chairs in December. Looked all over with no luck, but At Home had a big selection. This place never disappoints!

I visited this At Home store today in Hoover AL. I have travelled from the west coast to the east coast and this was the dirtiest, unorganized and unkempt store I have ever been in. For crying out loud, get a broom and sweep the floors. So many empty shelves, and boxes sitting everywhere piled up high in some places. The tops ripped off and customers shopping out of them. It was horrible. Where's the management, this is Friday and the store should have been busy. It wasn't...it was dead. I Love at Home, but corporate needs to take a look at this store and make a change in management, or maybe they don't have a good manager. The on cashier wasn't busy and was on her phone. Find anyone that works there was a joke.

They never have Halloween out for more than a week or two, Christmas in September is ridiculous and I won't ever recommend this store for Halloween bc of that fact.

At the trussville store, items are brought to the car where you are parked. At this store, I was the only car parked in the handicap space. I was told to pull up to the front. It was company policy.
