When it was BancorpSouth, this bank was wonderful. The manager knew EVERYONE’S name. All employees were friendly and service oriented. Once it was purchased by Cadence, it went downhill. The building is nice, but the manager/employees no longer care who you are. The lobby and drive-thru are only open from 8:30-4:00, and they are no longer opened on Saturdays. This is no longer the bank for me after banking here for 15+ years!

Worst employee ever meet in this bank I am closing my 4 accounts soon we are planning to open also business accounts but no way never unfortunately I have to give 1 star but -5 star I am giving to cadence bank in 475 southland dr in Hoover,Alabama

One of the best bank branches I've ever seen. Staff is helpful and courteous. I find myself wanting to go inside I stead of using the drive through.

Jared Yarchak is one of the nicest and most helpful bankers I have ever dealt with. If you are going to Bancorp South be sure to ask for him!
