Cajun Cleaver is a family owned and operated specialty butcher shop. It offers a great selection of steaks, sausage, and other protein options, including perfect andouille and delicious boudin. The shop also cooks homemade entrées and sides daily, such as fried turkey, crawfish dressing, smoked gouda mac and cheese, roasted sweet potatoes, and brussel sprouts. They provide heat at home dips and chip dips. The business is known for its fantastic, tasty food and a great wine selection with very reasonable pricing. It is a great spot for grab-and-go family dinners and is appreciated for its thoughtful preparation, like using allergy-friendly oils. The owner and staff provide great, personal service.
We got prime filets to cook for Valentine’s Day and they were some of the best steaks we’ve ever had! Glad we found our go to spot for steaks!
