My dog is special in all sorts of ways. She loves other animals, but is hesitant around humans. This is because we had a rough encounter with some maintenance workers at an apartment complex we lived at. I enrolled my dog for the socialization around other dogs and people. After a few weeks, I have noticed a difference in her. She LOVES her camp days. I am so grateful they are here and treat her with kindness and love, and she gets her full day of play. The employees have great customer service and you can tell they truly care about the dogs that attend. They also have cameras you can watch the dogs play. Would give more stars if I can.

My chihuahua gets excited when I drive up! And I love that they remember him by name. Everyone there seems to genuinely love the dogs.

I love how easy the drop off and pickup process are, the staff are friendly and remember my dog’s name, and he seems really happy to go to daycare.

Camp Bow Wow has been our saving grace for our dog Reggie across multiple states and locations. We were pumped when the Hoover location opened and have been taking our dog ever since. They know her when we call and can’t wait to have her stay. They love her and we know she is being taken care of when we are out of town. The facilities are clean, the staff is welcoming, and they always share a little bit about her stay when we pick her up. I highly recommend!

3 day stay. I truly enjoyed the staff and being able to watch my baby interact with other dogs. He was returned to me just as happy as I dropped him off. A wonderful experience.

I really love everything about the staff and the facilities. I can leave town and know that she is being well cared for. She always comes home clean and happy. I would 10/10 recommend them to others!

DO NOT take your dog here! They have cameras in the app to watch your dog so I was watching because my golden retriever was there for doggy daycare. As I'm watching my dog is getting attacked by not one but TWO dogs and my dog kept trying to get away and the two workers in there didn't do anything! I had to call to tell them to get those dogs off of him! They said "we couldn't get the dogs off of him and didn't know what to do" if I didn't call I don't know what else could have happened to him! He also was getting humped by another dog almost the entire time and still the workers did nothing!

We live in Nashville and our dog, June, is a regular camper. We have family in Hoover, so we boarded her for one night while we were in town visiting. The front desk staff were so friendly and every time we checked in on our dog via the cameras, the person in the play area was giving her pets. Great experience, and we'll be back!

Great staff! Camp Bow Wow is clean, organized and smells good - a rarity for any dog day care and speaks to the quality of the business. They are engaging and always happy to discuss any questions or concerns. Everything is on video at all times to create visibility and of course, confidence that your dog is being cared for. Our experience so far has been amazing. Great people.

Very clean and my pup had a wonderful day. My wife and I loved to watch him on the cameras. I purchased 10 days and I’m sure we will need more.
