I had a great experience at Carter’s in the Riverchase Galleria. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to shop. The lady at the cash register truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and made the checkout experience so pleasant. Customer service like that really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

There’s too much racism in this store. Just bcz we were Indians the lady in store kept staring us n hovering over us all the time. N then at the time of check out, even after spelling out the name 3 times she got it wrong on the bill. I m never going back to this shop no matter how cheap or expensive clothes they sell.

Unfortunately had really bad racist vibes at this store from the two employees working there..no greetings, no help at all. Y’all need to hire more educated people who don’t great customers based on their appearance. Unfortunately really uncomfortable experience.

Went in the store today to shop for my daughter and I had bags in my had from the previous kid stores and I was picking up a lot of nice clothes for my daughter and noticed that the two girls that was working in there was acting like they was folding clothes so that they could watch me they never asked if i needed any help and that didn’t sit well with me I felt racially profiled so when I finished picking the clothes out and walk to the register both of them walked to the front where I was at I was the only person in the store at the time
