I love the fresh choices CAVA has to offer but my reason for this review today is the customer service!Tammy is so sweet, energetic, and happy to help each customer have the best experience possible.Definitely the best customer service I have had anywhere in a very long time!

I love CAVA, especially the location in downtown BHM. The Hoover location has the strangeness most off-putting staff that work there (with the exception of a seasoned lady that wears a hair scarf/wrap). The staff appear to be annoyed to be at work and prefer not to speak to customers. They have a lack in affact as they interact with customers. The strangest vibe ever! I would’ve given one star, but the food is consistent with the BHM location which is excellent.

I did a take out the other day from Cava for the first time. The customers were mostly GenZs. The ingredients were fresh. I give them a 4 here because the chicken both types that I tasted did not have salt and I just didn't like that I had to add salt on it. I prefer my meat cooked with salt. I personally don't like much salt but adding on top just makes it taste weird. Also their serving stations are backwards. They add hummus and then other things on top of it and bury hummus and other dips under all ingredients. Maybe they need to switch it.

I came in here one night to get dinner & waited 15 minutes. No one else was in the store except a family checking out, but the staff couldn't be bothered to stop doing online orders to attend to the customer in the store. After I waited, I was told what I wanted was out for the night. The service was terrible. Another home, I ordered food & asked for sauce on the side.. they put the sauce on top of my bowl. Just not great service from this location. I really like Cava, but this one needs help.

I love CAVA! They have several options for bowls. I love the variety of sauces and the different healthy options. You get to pick what you want on your bowl kinda like you do at Chipotle but with more veggies and healthy food options. They do not have steak. The chicken is really good. They facility is nice and clean. There is a patio where you sit outside to eat.

Great gyros, exotic flavors. They actually have lamb meat and other Mediterranean savory ingredients.

First time eating at Cava was a great experience! The food was fantastic and the space was very clean and modern. The order process is either a "build-your-own" or you can pick a pre-made bowl from the menu. May I recommend the Balsamic Date Chicken, this is what I ordered and it was fantastic! Every bite had a new and refreshing flavor.

*4.5 stars* I decided to visit Cava for this week because it's honestly my go-to place whenever I can't decide where I want to eat. Additionally, I've tried veganism before for a while and actually enjoyed it, so I already knew Cava would be the perfect place to go if I wanted a plant-based meal because of their numerous options; it has saved me from so many unsuccessful meal preps. I went with a couple of my friends to eat and do homework together. Upon entering, we were ignored, which is a little rare based on my previous experiences of being greeted. However, when we found a table and went up to order, the servers were patient and kind. I usually make my own bowl with as much real protein as possible, but because I opted for the vegan route, I ordered the "Spicy Greens" bowl. It includes Falafel, "Crazy Feta", Red Pepper Hummus, Fiery Broccoli, Cucumber, Lentil, Greens, Skhug, Harissa Vinaigrette, and any additional ingredients you want to add. The whole meal was about $12, which was pretty reasonable to me. I ordered a free water as well. My friends all ordered different things, and got exactly what they asked for. As for flavor, Cava never misses. A lot of people refer to it as the "Mediterranean Chipotle", and I very much agree. The set ups are similar and both boast of great flavor. Cava has a little bit more flavoring, seasoning, and spice, though, which I appreciate. I always get their spiciest sauce drenched over my meal and it really enhances the flavors. The falafel was fried to perfection and the broccoli and cucumber were very crunchy. The portion size was great as well and left me full. As for the setting, I love this location. It's close to other stores and restaurants and my home. Inside, there is plenty of seating and the lighting is great, especially with the huge paneling of windows, which don't make me feel closed in when doing homework. It was rather quiet when I went, so I didn't get distracted at all. There are no specific COVID procedures or post-pandemic cautions, and for sustainability, I found that they work with farmers who share their values; they verify their sustainability and ensure animals are treated ethically.

Wow. A new personal favorite for a quick and healthy spot to hit! Our first experience with Cava was this past Wednesday for takeout. It was so good that we went again yesterday for lunch! Really love their build-your-own option that provides enough flexibility and variety. Store is open and bright with plenty of seating. Employees are nice enough, but it's not really a service oriented type of place. Looking forward to going back again already!
