“I've been shopping here since 2016. Always fantastic sales and great customer service. One time I was treated bad, I reported her because she was doing nothing ...standing, looking, giving dirty looks and never asking if I needed help. It shocked me because that's never happened....not in that store. Hopefully I will never have that happen again. (Best store in Bham.)”
“I have rediscovered JCPenney! This store really has a great selection of clothes, housewares and gifts. I plan on doing all of my Christmas shopping at Riverchase JCPenny this year. I really hope JCPenney corporate invests in this particular store and implements a few upgrades. Nonetheless, the customer service is great and the selection of things is great with great prices.”

“As I second time mom I've gotten everything thing for my baby boy here , from diapers wipes socks onesies etc . Cashiers are sweet . I love the older lady with the bob like hair the sweetest thing everrr . Make sure I get a discount whenever they have one”
