Christina James is an outstanding real estate professional. She helped me sell my house in Hoover when I moved out of state. From our very first meeting my wife and I knew Christina was the agent we wanted to use. We had several unique circumstances, but with her experience and knowledge she was able to quickly advise a solution to each of them. When I had questions she was always available to talk. I was worried about getting my parents' house ready for sale while living in a different part of the country. Christina, Hannah, and their team made the process go far faster and better than I could have ever expected! They went above in beyond in ways both large and small, even helping to bring in skilled contractors to complete pre-sale repairs and preparation. And we closed above asking price just a few weeks after we hired them! Absolutely top team, highly recommended.

I have been dealing with Christina for years and she is the absolute best. Christina helped me find the house I purchased in Birmingham in 2017. Due to relocation Christina sold the same house in 2023 in record time. Christina knows the market and makes the process very easy. I highly recommend Christina!!

When moving to AL, I searched for top RE Agents in the area and called down the list. I stopped calling once I got to Christina and for good reason. Working with Christina and Hannah was THE BEST experience I have had in purchasing a home without a close second. I cannot begin to recommend this team highly enough! Being from outside of the state Christina and Hannah got to know our family and what we were looking for and they truly focused on our specific needs. There was such a trust built up and they were so far above and beyond during the move process that by the time the sale was completed I feel like we added 2 new members to our family! We are so appreciative to have found Christina and her team.

My wife found Christina online and judged everything from her reviews. The reviews of Christina does not lie! If you are on the market to buy or sell, do not hesitate and call Christina. She knows the market in Birmingham and surrounding areas. The services she provided are top notch. We just closed on our house and we are happy buyers and on top of it all one of the expense was not added and Christina took the bullet and did not want to mess up the closing especially with our hectic schedule and how tight the window was. Although we've already closed, Christina still wants to go through another final walk in...of course we will Christina just to see you! Also, we would like to thank Hannah for stepping in when Christina was unavailable. Thank you for everything!!!

I have known Christina for over 30 years. We live in Mississippi. We moved my wife's Mother into an assisted living and when it came time to sell her home in Birmingham it was a no brainer that Christina would be our realtor.Her experience, honesty, professionalism, attention to detail and empathy for her clients are a rare combination. She took care of us like we were family and my 90 year old mother in law loved her! I would highly recommend Christina's team! Anne Banks helped us through buying our first home! She was AMAZING!! It was over a year in the making as we worked through Financial issues she stood strong by us! She never felt annoyed as we looked at an array of options!! She was SO kind showing houses multiple times so it could fit into everyone’s schedule. She was truly amazing!!
