Dropped my Pixel 6 and screen went completely black. CPR ordered the part and had it fixed in 3 days. Did not upcharge part and were prompt and responsive. Awesome people and awesome service.

Please see consistent claims that manager is dismissive and lacks integrity!!! Is true!!! If you look at the excuses given by management on all these negative review you'll see a trend where it's every customers fault and no liability to the store. No self responsibility.Wish I could review and give less than 1 star. I never do this but my experience with these unprofessionals was this bad. I came to this store for a screen repair on my phone. A few hours later when I returned for pickup the "tech" tried to ring me up before I could test the screen. I turned the phone on to test first and the screen was in fact working at this point but it showed no sim card at the tip of the screen so I looked and it turned out the whole tray for the sim card wasn't there. I let him know and he took it to the back and put the tray back in. It still showed no sim card. I asked him if he knew where it was and we spent 30 minutes looking in his workspace for a sim card. He then said I could go to Verizon to get a new one which made sense so I did. The new sim didn't work either. At some point during his repair he must have overheated the antenna(or whatever they call the part that connects to Verizon via sim card) seemingly realized it and tried to cover it up by acting as the sim card was "lost". When I asked for a refund as now I had to get an entirely new phone he only offered me 100$ out of 180$. I asked to speak with a manager and even offered to let then keep 40$(20$ an hour for labor on initial work) but that he had broken my phone as opposed to fixed it and them keeping 80$ and getting their screen back seemed ridiculous to me. The "manager" came out and told me that they would have to put in 2X the work to take the screen back(which they insisted on to get any refund) and that since I held the view that letting them have $80 for breaking my phone was ridiculous they didn't have to give me any refund so he would only give me 50$ back. Needless to say I kept the 100$ screen they would've gotten back and resold. Customer service and integrity are not even the slightest concern for these people and it became glaringly obvious. I've had as good service from mall kiosks as with the unprofessionals. Would not reccomend. Would warn against. Will never be returning for any reason. Hope they go out of business.

So after talking with the owner Toby on Facebook messenger. I went to the store. When I got there everyone seemed nice and welcoming then things changed. A few questions related to the financing started and I was switched to another employee than the one that was originally helping me. Come to find out that I was not told the whole truth on the Facebook conversation. I was told there was stock in for the iPhone 14 Pro Max. But when I got to the store I was told there was none in stock and I would have to wait for it to be ordered. Now I understand trying to get someone in the door. I work in a field where we rely on people walking in the door. But to grossly mislead someone isn’t right. I was supposed to get the VIP treatment according to Toby. That’s not what I received at all. After being passed off to another employee and just the entirety of the situation was very different than what I was expecting. Thank goodness I ended up not purchasing anything from here. I definitely won’t be purchasing from here and I’ll make sure to tell Assurant what type of service I received. I wouldn’t even give them a star if I had to option. Don’t waste your time with this place. For what they have and the options for financing (which is very limited to one sub prime company) you would be better off just purchasing one through your wireless provider cause you won’t get ripped off in the long run. Your going to end up paying 1.5 - 2 times what the device is worth. Don’t get duped.

Very professional Mr carvin did a splendid job fixing my Samsung s21 there was a piece of metal stuck in there and within minutes he got it out I'd definitely recommend this place I'm one satisfied customer.

I had a problem with my desktops hard drive, needed to be replaced with a new SSD drive. I walked in and spoke with a Mr. Carvin, a very intelligent and helpful man. He was able to take care of my issue in the same day. Amazing customer service!!!

They didn't have the part we needed on hand to repair my sons IPhone 14, but they ordered it. It came in quickly, and that afternoon, it was fixed within an hour. Great service! Wonderful prices!
