Something changed.
Just stopped by Dick’s ahead of Christmas shopping and you can no longer try out bats in the cage - now you have to rent the cage for a minimum of 30 minutes (for $25) to know what bat to buy, previously you could try out bats for 10 minutes… why tryout and buy bats from Dick’s then? I can order the few bats my player is interested in from Amazon, have them delivered, try them out and return the bat(s) with other returns I already may have a lot closer to home.
Another reason in-person shopping is failing.

Was planning on buying a putter today. A worker came and yelled at me and put a sign in my face instead of simply telling me to get of the green. This guy should be fired. Terrible customer service.

Josh was so knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect shoes! I wanted On Clouds but needed a different type. My current pair got holes quickly because of my gait. He analyzed my gait and helped me find the perfect shoes. He doesn't even work in the shoe department anymore but went out of his way to help me and it was so appreciated! personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind!

I will never shop here anymore .I purchase $316 with my prepaid card and 3 item I didn't use on my trip I took them back only to learn that just because I use a prepaid card they could refund my money....that was POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I ALSO SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER JOSH AND STIOOD THERE FOR AN HOUR AND STILL NO RESULT .SO NOW I'M STUCK WITH $253 WORTH OF GIFT AND ITS NOT RIGHT MY FIRST TIME EVER GOINH THERE.... UNBELIEVABLE

This is my favorite DSG! The store is always clean, the employees are always super helpful and friendly, and the manager goes out of his way to assist customers all the while being equally as friendly. As an added bonus, they always have a variety of Stanley Quenchers to choose from!
