I have been going to this store for the last 5 years. Over the last year I can tell that they have a new manager/ staff. The store is always organized and you never see tons of boxes setting unopened like it was before. GREAT JOB.

Rob was our cashier and was so rude. I tried to be very understanding as it is back to school weekend, Saturday and he hadn’t been on break. He slammed the order separator for the conveyor behind our basket after yelling at us to “JUST PUT THE WHOLE BASKET IN THE BELT” I said Whoaaa. He said it is 5 minutes until my break which I should have been on ends and IM TRYING TO GET YOU PEOPLE OUT IF HERE.
Now I have worked retail all my life up until 5 years ago. I was a cashier, department manager, assistant manager and a store manager. I understand the frustration of it all. However if one of my employees talked to customers this way they would have immediately been taken off the register and sent home and I would’ve ran it myself. There is NO EXCUSE for this hostile behavior. There were some very sweet customers coming in and I told them Do not go to register 1 He is having a very bad day. Do better Dollar Tree. Maybe I should’ve given him a snickers but he probably has a peanut allergy.
