Wish I could give zero stars
Went up to the counter to ask politely for help… their printer was not printing my document. I got met with attitude from AJ then she turned around and talked about me to the employees in the back.
I left without finishing my prints. Would have spent $200 here. I almost spend $100 a week. Going to ups going forward unless someone would like to apologize for this employees behavior.

The treatment was bad from the receptionist, so much so that I got very nervous, I told her I was very sorry because I did not speak the language well but it was no use, I really had a bad time, I always delivered my packages there and another receptionist who attended to me was a very good person but this one who attended to me is not like that, I will not return or if I return I will ask that she not attend to me

During my visit on 12/6/24, I walked in pretty late (30 minutes till closing) to start a return. However, the employees were super friendly and had awesome customer service! The guy at the desk assisted me in everything I needed, and I was out of the store within 2 minutes. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Ridiculously high cost per minute to print. Print quality was terrible. Threw them in the trash. Still had to pay. Music was obnoxiously loud. Service was mediocre at best. Save yourself some frustration and go elsewhere.
