No communication after waiting for 2 hrs just for an oil change. After waiting for my turn in line they come to tell me that they don’t have the oil my vehicle needs and that they order it and will be here in 20mins. They took all my information down when I first got there and looked it up in front of me with the VIN number. I feel like they should have had the person at the counter make sure they had the inventory to even do the oil change and order it before they even made it to my car so that way they could immediately work on my car. They definitely don’t care about customers time.

Made an appointment online for this location a few days ago for Saturday then showed up for my appointment and they had no record of it. Showed them the email, and they said online appointments never work and they would squeeze me in the next day.I’m very busy so so this time was selected for a reason.They have lost a 17 year customer and I closed my Firestone card.Never going to Firestone again.

These guys really blew it. Took a daily driver in first thing on a Friday to get a tire changed. They didn't call about status before the weekend passed. On Monday, they wouldn't answer the phone. On Tuesday, I went in to check on the status--the vehicle was parked in exactly the same place and they hadn't touched it. Never again. Not only didn't they do anything, but the communication was awful. Never, ever again.Service: Tires

Have been a Firestone customer for 30 years and my parents have been Firestone customers even longer. I’ve always been very happy with the service and work requests on each of my cars. Ordered a set of 4 Bridgestone tires last week was told I would be called Sunday to confirm they had arrived got no call Sunday that was the first lie then I went there this morning to check and see if they came in was told yes dropped off the truck at 745 am ask if they could be ready by 230 when I got off was told yes my coworker dropped me off at 250 the truck was still parked in the same spot lie number 2 then to top it off I asked for my truck key back and the little rude smart mouth manager with little man syndrome followed me to the door and yelled your not welcome back don’t worry honey you just saved me 1183 dollars worst service and attitude ever don’t spend a dime of your hard earned money in this joke my next call is to the corporate officeService: Tires

Description of Complaint:On May 11, 2023, we took our car in to be serviced. We were informed that the AC compressor which they had put in for free, WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION, had caused the harmonic balancer to burn out which almost caused the entire engine to fail. We were charged $345.43 for the new part. We were told not to run the AC compressor until we can have it replaced or the new harmonic balancer will fail again. The total cost estimated by them for the new AC compressor is $854.24 which we do not have at this time. Since they did not charge us for the AC compressor, there is no record of the service, NOR IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THIS PART. When we asked them to compensate us for this repair, the manager stated that since there was no record, there was nothing they could do. When we questioned this, the story changed and we were then told that the harmonic balancer failed because of old age. If that is true, and it was not the fault of the bad part, THEY put in for FREE, then why can't we run the AC compressor? We are being manipulated and lied to by this business and we would like compensation for the harmonic balancer and the AC compressor, totalling $1190.67.I have called corporate to file a complaint, filed a complaint with the BBB, and written to the Bridgestone Headquarters located in Nashville.Since I have not gotten ANY response, I called the Bridgestone Headquarters today, May 25th 2023 and was told the complaint was filed as resolved and that the store located at 6606 Tattersall Lane had reached out to us to resolve it. Another lie. The complaint was reopened and we are still waiting for resolution.Meanwhile, we are unable to use our AC or any fans at all, otherwise we risk ruining our engine. Since we use our car for work, our livelihood is at risk, as well as our safety as when it rains, our windows fog up and we cannot see.

They let me know when anything needs changing/replacing according to my Ford Fusion Hybrid service manual. I had a BMW 550i previously and they did the same for it. I would recommend them to friends & family. Also can purchase a Lifetime Tire Alignment that more than pays for itself. They rotate my tires and align it every oil change now for no charge.

I came in for break and rotor issues yesterday. I also needed motor mount replacement. My brakes and rotors were done the previous afternoon at 2:30 and I was told I could pick up the car in the evening after the mount came in and was installed. I said I'll just get it in the morning to give them time.I come in this morning at 7:30, and they said they're waiting on the mount to come in from another location. Ok, you should have told me that. Why am I having to sit here 2+ hours because of no communication? I was told it was going to be done last night. If it couldn't be done, I should've been informed. Now, I'm late for an appointment and I have frozen food that will be ruined in my overnight bag because I came straight from being dropped off from a visit.PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!

They are friendly on hwy 119 but they seem to want to try to do alot of add ons to what you go in there for. I went to get 2 tires and that was it. It is fine to let people understand that you need other things, but they wanted to add windshield wipers, battery corrosion protection and a my air filter that I had just changed out a while back. So be aware that they may try to sell other things to you that you may or may not need.

I had visited the Hwy 280 location around a month or 2 ago, on behalf of a flat tire. In addition, the wait time was less than 30 min., & the front clerk (Kimberly) is 1 of the most courteous people! As a matter of fact, I had also informed her, "That I had planned on giving her a great review on behalf of her service!"
