“I went in here looking for a gift for my mom’s 49th birthday. I knew that I had been in the homewood location and thought she would like it a lot, so since I was in this area for some studying next door at O’Henry’s it was super convenient to pop in. As soon as I walked in, I had lots of ideas for things to get here. Lucky me, they had some polarized sunglasses in stock and I had really wanted to get her some. So I grabbed a pair for her and they came with a sunglasses case. They also have a great selection of greeting cards so I grabbed a birthday card. While browsing, I also found a gold-tiered necklace for only $15 that I decided to nab. The store associate helping me was so sweet and I got 20% off the sunglasses for signing up for text updates. She also wrapped my mom’s sunglasses so perfectly. This store honestly has a little bit of everything: glassware, bath bombs, serving ware, jewelry, sunglasses, children’s items, clothing, handbags, and gift items. I would definitely come back!”

Additionally, their return policy is accommodating, allowing for the return of cut fabric with a receipt, ensuring customer satisfaction.
(Dropping one star because not all employees know what they have and where it is resulting in my having to walk from one side of store twice.)”

When I saw that price I decided to take it. If you see undies at a $1 in Victoria Secret, would you leave them?

The cashier asked me to go back and take a picture to verify the price. Long story, I walked home believing to have the item. In my bag with other items. A huge misunderstanding. BUT, oh oh VERONICA! What an amazing manager and customer service!!!
She understood my frustration and granted me the item for next to nothing because I spent so much time back and forth due to this issue. I am very thankful for VERO’s response. I will definitely go back to this place.”
