Placed a pick up order they tell you to go to any register. Waited in line to get sent to another register and then had to wait in line again and associates were rude and offered no help.

I hope the ladies in the accessories section will be more friendly even though we have different skin colors.I was sad that my 7 year old was just picking out her earrings and was prevented from opening the box, she didn't actually open it, she was just looking at the details. My daughter did pick out a pair of earrings that cost a hundred dollars.

I have rediscovered JCPenney! This store really has a great selection of clothes, housewares and gifts. I plan on doing all of my Christmas shopping at Riverchase JCPenny this year. I really hope JCPenney corporate invests in this particular store and implements a few upgrades. Nonetheless, the customer service is great and the selection of things is great with great prices.

Used to love JCPENNEY but their clearance prices are way too high. I get shirts at Macy's for less.
