“I called ahead to see if a particular model was available. Got there and it was a very busy Saturday at the mall. I waited patiently and the owner helped me and showed me the watches I was looking for as well as some others I had questions about as I am getting back into my watch journey. It was still busy and the owners nephew also spoke to me and helped while the owner dilligently attended other customers and shop business while I browsed and made my decision. Ultimately I decided to buy a different model I had not called about, but both the owner and his nephew were extremely friendly, professional, and courteous to my requests and the other shoppers while I was there. I love my new Citizen watch and i'm excited to buy more watches from his shop in the future.”
