The girl that helped me with what I was looking for was great she made sure I was happy with everything. The only bad thing was that their AC was not working and they only had three small fans going.

The very first time I came, Mrs Kendra did everything in her power to make sure that I felt welcome! She is sweet, funny and informative! She made sure I felt comfortable in the pieces she helped choose and didn't mind helping my significant other shop as well lol. During that visit we had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Jessica as well and we had an absolute ball. Fast forward to my second visit (yesterday) at first I was sad that Mrs Kendra wasn't there however when I saw Mrs Jessica was, I was so excited and rightfully so. She made sure me and my honey had a ball as always. She always points me to the best sales and her and my significant other have fun teaming up and pick the cutest things! I have never felt so confident, safe, and heard in a plus-size store as much as I have here. The other stores I've been to really didn't care about the quality of service or products that they sold but these employees do! So much so that I can't wait to come back every time I'm in town! I highly recommend this place and if you decide to visit please ask for Mrs Kendra or Mrs Jessica they will get you right every single time!

Do not do business with this company! Their antiquated point of sale system does not allow them to look up purchases made on their store credit cards for returns. If you lose you receipt, you can look forward to an offered refund of $.70 for a pair of $75 pants you bought three days prior. Supposedly, their credit card system also doesn't record the item number of what you buy, making it impossible to determine if fraudulent charges have occurred. Online and telephone customer service agents don't listen to your questions and act like it pains them to answer a simple question. I will pay my last bill (although the items have never been worn and will be donated), and then close my account. I'm done with their poor customer service.

Selections in the shirts I liked was limited but staff is always friendly and there was a great sale.

The young lady that assisted me was very helpful. She looked up items and ordered items that were not in store. But the demeanor in the store was very quiet. I tried to joke and engage with staff to no avail. But service was excellent.

The clothes are amazing but the customer service sucks. No one helped us nor checked up on us to see if we needed anything or help finding anything.
