There are plenty of other Lowe’s stores in the Greater Birmingham area, I encourage everyone to shop at a different store than the Hoover Lowe’s. While this was one of MANY customer service issues I have had while shopping here, this we definitely the biggest. I purchased a storage shed online for pickup in store and when we finally got around to assembling it realized that they only gave me box 1 of 2, meaning I am missing most of the building materials. I called the Hoover Lowe’s location where I was dismissed by a number of people including “Beau/Bo” who claimed to be the store manager. I asked what can be done about my missing item and was told there was absolutely nothing to be done. They say they can’t order only box 2 of 2 without getting box 1 so they won’t do it. I asked if I could get a refund or partial refund in the form of store credit and he told me “no because you only have 1 of the two boxes” I was told there is no proof the store failed to give me both boxes so there was nothing they could do about it. I don’t appreciate basically being called a thief and a liar when I presented a menu of options for them to right their mistake. I’m now out the money I spent on they storage shed and will GLADLY travel as far as needed not to give any business to the Hoover Lowe’s again. Heed my advice and shop a different Lowe’s, or better yet: Home Depot. Don’t let Hoover Lowe’s get away with stealing and accusing any other customers.

This location has the Worst garden section I have ever encountered at a big box store. At least 2/3 of the plants were dead, mostly from lack of watering. I attached pictures below because this is unacceptable. You guys are losing lots of money by not taking care of your plants!

Always has everything I need. With my most recent visit I had an awesome interaction with Austin, an associate in the paint department. He took the initiative to help me figure out what type of screw/nut I needed for my project, even though he was busy and had other task to do. His help made my visit to Lowe’s much more helpful and enjoyable!

Brenda, Tom and Misty were helpful with my online pickup order for a Christmas tree. There was no one working to pull pick-orders. But they all helped me and got my order.
