I do not recommend. I was in there and a girl was getting a pedicure with regular polish. The girl doing her toes seem to be really struggling with getting the polish application right. The customer was so kind about it and finally just accepted it. But she came back because the polish was clearly lifting off on the sides. The poor customer was blamed for the polish lifting and they were so mean to her about it. They refused her a refund and kept laughing at her. I will never go back. I cannot believe they would treat a paying customer like that!!!!

I went for a simple pedicure. The girl
Doing my nails kept taking the polish off and redoing it until someone helped. I’m very easy going and tried to let it slide. By 6pm the polish was coming off. When I went back to have them fixed, I was told “I messed them
Up and should have done gel.” Ive been going here for years for pedicures, never again. So unprofessional and actually rude.
Added picture after they “fixed it” hours later and made me feel like I did something. Happy vacation to me! It looks even worse.

When I went in I’m thinking very nice and clean. But empty no customers AT ALL. He asked what I wanted which was full set and pedi (not given pedi list) for choice. Ok let’s start with pedi since that was done first. Nth was added to the water only clear LUKE warm water nth else didn’t even turn on where it massages your feet didn’t add anything to the water. $65 dollars never shown a price list. Ok nails I got cut around my cuticles a couple times and still sore one hand nails are better than the other. But polished very neatly. Don’t have up to date polish. I would say very very much different than what I’m used to in Hoover.
