Typically, I don’t like changing nail salons, but a friend gave me this place as a recommendation so I decided to try it out. Horrible. Do not recommend. I asked for a fill-in with a cut down of my nails. When I go to sit down, she is asking me questions to get an understanding. Two of my nails broke, one of which was short, so she proceeded to tell me she’ll need to add a tip to it, which I agree to. After looking and fully understanding that I want to fill in with a cut down, she then tells me the price. She does not have the tip to my one finger, unevenly files my nails, with both hands having different nail lengths, Then proceeded to tell me she will charge five dollars additionally for a cut down of the other hand. My nails are stuck to my skin, the lengths are uneven, and she persuaded me to get a color I don’t even want. I have never had an experience like this, especially with my nails being different lengths and unevenly filed!!!! I don’t know her name, but she sat in the chair all the way in the far right very upset with my experience.

I absolutely love my nails! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere in the salon was relaxing and clean. It was such a great experience from start to finish—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Shop is very nice, clean, and relaxing to be in. I get my feet done more than my nails, and Ms.Lily does a really good job on delivering what I ask for/show pictures of😁.

What an amazing job Tippi nails did on my pedicure and design! I stumbled across this spot and I am truly pleased! Customer service was top notch and they did exactly what I requested them to do! My new nail spot!

My first time here yesterday everyone was so friendly!!! Justyce is the one who took care of me she is new to the company and I have to say she did an amazing job she did exactly what I asked for I wasn't quite sure what I wanted but she helped me find the perfect color I normally feel so rushed when I go into a nail salon she assured me to take my time and figure out what I wanted. She said "this is a nail spa you are supposed to feel relaxed" I'm so thankful I found this place this is my new go to nail salon for sure so put me in the books I will be back!
