Good service and lots of inventory. Very convenient location too. I have used this store since I moved to BHAM and used one close to our home in Atlanta.

I work remotely from home, so I hit this place up often for supplies (printer paper, ink, pens, etc.). Never a complaint. This past Friday I decided it was time I treated myself to a new, cushiony office chair. I chose one of the pre-assembled models at the back of the store and wheeled it up front to pay for it. The price on the tag was $390. As I handed over my credit card, a nearby associate told the cashier that he thought the price was wrong--the chair I chose should be on sale. Sure enough, it was supposed to be discounted at $250. Thanks to that attentive associate, that's what I wound up paying.

Dont go here if you need anything done in less then 25 minutes. They wont have your online order but want to charge you $2 more for a .25 print because you have to email it to them. The "self service" machine will cut off your copies but thats your only option unless you want to be completely ripped off on a single copy.

This place came in handy several times when I was trying to find items to complete my work from home setup and to get my kids' desk areas completed for their virtual school. I like the option to order online and do curbside pickup. There are normally sales going on, which I definitely appreciate. My only issue with this store is how some employees will allow you to walk or stand around and not address you. I feel like employees should greet and offer assistance to customers--at least pretend to care.

Not the most helpful shopping experience. Some of the staff were ok but not all . I have been shopping for a computer desk since working remotely, so I decided to give Office Depot a visit. This is a store I hadn't been in for a really long time. There was a male worker who was in the office furniture area while we were browsing the area. He said not one word to us . This is unacceptable! Eventually , we located a female worker who was helpful in checking inventory for me. Unfortunately, all the desks I liked were out of stock . Maybe I'll have more luck shopping online.

Same print job, different problem just about every time! They did a print job for me many times and then out of the blue, the same person that had printed the same job was now going to charge me extra for setup. So easily, the fee was waived and the setup was emailed to me so that I could simply email it to them when I need them printed. So I did and had minimal problems. I emailed them today and they were busy and did not get the email...I understand, but to question me about the setup that they did and have printed from plenty of times, now they are not supposed to take print orders by email.

STIR CLEAR!!!! Everyone I have dealt with is bothered by presence in the store and are completely unwilling to be helpful. My info was entered incorrectly for a rewards program and they CAN NOT fix it???? what???? Print services are outrageously expensive, I spent $140.00 for 100 2 sided color flyers. I tried to get my due discount by being a member of a group that offers significant savings but because of their error I did not get it. I was in such a hurry I asked if I could back to resolve the issue. When I returned the old man who runs the print center was flippant and VERY unhelpful. I let it go and returned a third time to this store for a new project. This time the still could not/ would not fix their previous error and give me my full discount and low and behold were even ruder than before. Now I tried to log in and do what I needed on line, then just pick up in the store. Well that resulted in me getting kicked out of their system twice, because my information does not match AS THEY ENTERED IT WRONG IN THE STORE!!!!!! I am sooooo done. I will buy construction paper and markers and make business cards etc before I EVER do business with these people again!!!!

Unfortunately the employees that are working here don't give a damn about customer service or helping people even after they've been called to help make a sale? The one girl I asked for help seems more interested in chit-chatting then helping?

This is your typical Office Depot! This location is convenient for me so it's my "go-to" for office supplies. They're set up the same as most OD's so if you've been inside one, it's the same layout. They're always well stocked and organized and I can usually find what I need quickly and easily. The staff is always helpful and friendly!

Very difficult to work with. Contacted the store to try to get invitations printed. They informed me I would need to email the invitations as they cannot do this immediately in the store. I sent them the email as soon as we got off the phone. I was then informed (9 hours later) I would need to come in and pay before they would do anything with them. I told them this is not what I was told when I called that morning and asked them if I did come in how soon they could be done. I have yet to hear anything back, so I went with another vendor as there are plenty of other print shops available in the area. The entire process was completed with UPS in 2 hours.

All the office supplies you could ask for. The store is well stocked and had a friendly helpful staff. They offer printing and copier service if you need. Not much else to say. If you need office supplies they can help you.

Even though the other company is right up the street, this Office Depot is still here and open. And that's awesome. I popped in and managed to find the pen refill I was looking for and made the purchase swiftly. All good!
