I've been coming to O'reilly for years. I just recently visited this one in Hoover. The cashier was extremely helpful in helping me find what I needed. I stocked up on tire plugs. The store is pretty big, and I would highly recommend this location.

Showed up 5 minutes before closing to buy a replacement low beam bulb. Ricky, the store clerk, was super helpful and even helped install it quickly. Really appreciate the customer service!Will definitely be back in the future

I went in yesterday to buy some fix a flat and Rose was very knowledgeable about the different types. She also told me that weather can play apart in the tire pressure. Secondly, she was very encouraging. Customer service is very important!
