I have tried wearing multifocal contacts before but they didn't work due to headaches. The prescription was wrong
This time, Dr. Williams got the correct prescription the first time.

Excellent experience for both my husband and I. We each had eye exams, and purchased new glasses. Everyone we encountered during our visit was kind, thorough, and helpful.

The nice young lady with dark hair that works at the desk is far more helpful than the eye doctor. It’s not her fault the doctor is ignorant and won’t listen.
I walked in to exchange my unopened contacts they ordered me. They ordered the Pearl Vision brand of contacts after telling me they were ordering a completely different brand. I got my contacts in the mail and came to the store to exchange them. The doctor decided to take over as i was speaking to the receptionist. The female doctor told the receptionist to order different contacts. She didn’t tell me she was doing this until the order was placed!!!! I had my unopened contacts in hand to exchange there and she did not listen what so ever. That was over a month ago. Where are the contacts you ordered against my wishes? I have not received them or any sort of confirmation email, phone call from the business letting me know my contacts are ready; absolutely nothing. Terrible eye doctor and very unprofessional

We had an eye appointment scheduled for 10:20am. Checked in, did the preliminary stuff and then the waiting began. Finally at 11:10am I ask if the eye doctor is even here?? We have been waiting 40 minutes and there’s no customers in the building. Lady at the desk says yes and goes and gets her. Doctor comes out with no apology or answer as to why we waited so long, just calls us in like everyone has an hour to waste out of their day to wait for her to be ready. Wish I had used a different location for my granddaughters glasses. I will next time.

**AVOID**
Friday at 12:30, I went to acquire spectacles. The website and door says open, yet they are not. I called and was told they did not have a doctor, so they will not be open. Misinformation, terrible service, inaccurate hours online, and at physical address. A business's lack of foresight is not supposed to inconvenience the customer. Find a better option before experiencing such disappointment. Thanks for wasting my gas, time, and lunch!

I honestly enjoyed the customer service from everyone but I wasn’t happy with the financial aspect of everything. From the moment I was scheduling the appointment I was asked about all the extra more expensive options and then when I got done with everything and set down and talked to the guy to finalize everything he is offering all these additional more expensive options and it’s like if you don’t get it the worse is going to happen. I am a single parent and I only came in to get my daughter an eye exam and in contacts and a side pair of eyeglasses. Well when I left I ended up not even ordering the contacts because it was recommended to get disposable which only comes in 90 day or more and I told them that I would order at a later time. I honestly just feel like what I did spend was a waste because I still owe more and I haven’t even ordered my daughter her contacts yet..

Amazing experience. Dr. Williams gave a great and thorough exam. Matt was super helpful helping me pick out my Glasses and explaining my benefits. Will be back!
