Don’t go if you don’t want to waste your time. I scheduled an appointment for tire change for 3 PM, I was there at the time of the appointment, they told me to wait in the waiting room, at 3:30 PM I asked them how long it was going to take and they told me the person who was going to change my tires was out for lunch (why did they give me an appointment for 3 PM then?), they took my keys at 4, took my car in at 4:30, and my car was ready at 6 PM. I was there for 3 hrs. Nobody even apologized. Never going back.

I purchased 4 new tires and had them installed by Pep Boys in Hoover and the experience was so easy and stress free!! Best experience I have ever had for tire purchase! Will definitely be going here from now on to work with Kenny and his team at the Hoover Pep Boys location!
