I understand you're aware of my affinity for savings, but not in this context.
I was told that Bear Bear had developed a new found cow lick on his chest, that was never there before, which the Store Manager claimed to be the reason for the uneventful unevenness, on his chest, during his grooming session, but what about the unexplained, deep, bloody cuts under his ear? My pet's name is Bear Bear for a reason. I have never seen a SKINNY BEAR. BEAR has gone to BARE. He looked better than this before I dropped him off. A newborn would have done better job than this. I was advised to never return. No worries. Who would? Grooming should not look like animal brutality. If you love your fur baby avoid grooming services here at all costs, even if they are offered at no charge. It's not worth it. Bear looks like he was shaved with a razor, not with a set of clippers. I need to speak to speak to the CEO on this one!

I have used them twice now for grooming, both times seemed to be an argument just to get our pup groomed. There was always something we weren’t told over the phone when we scheduled. Today we rearranged our Saturday to get our boy to the vet and dropped off for a haircut. Upon arriving they told us since he had been given shots they could not see him today. That is all fair as far as policy goes. They never said it when I called and scheduled. I even said I was taking him this morning before his grooming appointment. I talked to the store manager who was nice but didn’t offer any other solution.. I ended up spending $230 on clippers and scissors to do the grooming myself. No discount was offered etc. I never leave bad reviews… this makes three times in a row it’s been a negative experience.

Scheduled an appointment for my dog 3 weeks ago. Then called back to confirm it to day all for them to tell me I didn’t have an appointment and that I normally go to ALABASTER! I’ve never been to the Pet Smart in Alabaster and if they would have looked at my file they would have seen that. Need a reliable scheduler.

The only place I shop for my fur babies! PetSmart offers great same-day delivery and in-store options. They always have what I need, and the convenience and care keep me coming back every time.

This store is always clean & the team members are nice. But DO NOT fall for the free Santa pics advertised. Yes, it's free but Santa looks awful!! That fake Santa couldn't even fool my elderly dog with cataracts. Get what you pay for. I'll just stick to getting treats and dog food here and find a different Santa next year.

More times than not, I don't find what I'm looking for, also very disappointed that this pet supply store doesn't sell or carry GPS pet tracking devices, but have an abundance of shock collars or so called "behavioral correction" products. I only go there as a last resort because of its close proximity to my residence. I don't get that "warm fuzzy" feeling that the TV ads project from this place. And the pricing on merchandise, just like every other pet store, is outrageous. They're no different than the rest when it comes to that. The lesser to an extent, of several evils.

Having my pet trained there. This puppy is so much more hard-headed than any dog I've ever had before, but I did notice a big difference after just the first visit with the trainer.

This is the only store I’ve ever been to where they shame you for not donating to their bullshit causes. I have no idea where that money even goes and if I want to donate to a cause, I will go directly to that cause because I know Petsmart only donates a small portion. I seldom go there anymore but I doubt I will go at all now. And not to mention you don’t know my financial situation. I went there late at night and the woman was so rude, scoffed, and muttered something under her breath when I didn’t donate.
Not to mention their overpriced veterinary practice and bad groomers. Their groomers do a mediocre job and they overcharge for everything. Go to local pet stores, go to local groomers, and go to local vets.
