Over Priced products the light bulbs they sell claim to last like 12k hours but only last 2 weeks. Very disappointing

Petsmart is always very mid in my opinion. Not a ton of options but it has what you need. Fish section looks really sad but I heard they are planning to renovate so that may get better. Bettas selections always look half dead but that's typical for pet stores so eh. I was impressed by the birds care. There was one employee that was working on socializing the conure and they seemed very happy and healthy for a pet store pet. That being said I wouldn't get a pet of any sort from a pet store as they aren't typically well bred and have health problems.

my Dog biscuit got a horrible hair cut at a horrible place and people they hired anyone ewww & he got cut all over his body this crazy 100% unprofessional!!!!!!!!!

I always have a pleasant experience in this store. All of the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. And the store is always organized and very clean.

As i would find out later the Manager asked if I wanted a male or female fish. My son 6 said I like that one. Her response to my 6 year old.” I aint chasing that fish all around this tank for you to get that one”. Now she went by the excuse I'm not stressing the fish when I confronted her. However she was willing to chase a male vs a female. Not to mention Ive gotten ICK in my tank 2 times from them because of the low quality suppliers. Trust me pet smart does not care about their animals. If you get any animal from there consider it a rescue. Im not going back until the manager is gone anyway.some workers from other local petsmarts actually left because of her.

Even though they don't carry the brand of puppy food I like, the store is well stocked and clean. Watch out for the flirty staff, though. Kids today, don't know subtle.

Worst experience in the store for just a return. The lady was scanning a item. Yeah, I was in a rushing, I grab the wrong label for the item. I kept saying I can go back and get the original item but she kept shooing me off and was sounding like she didn’t want to listen to me. A guy came afterwards and was said the same thing. Again, I said I can go back to get the original item. She said “we do not carry this item” and the male said the same thing while he stare blank at my face. Again, I repeated “I can get the item”. The lady kept on assuming as well. Don’t give me dry attitude. I know both of them hate you their job. But don’t come at me and try to fix it. I told him to stop talking to me and he kept going. Dude just stop cause I’m going to write the worst review. I check out at 5:34. At that store on 10/1. Talk to your coworkers about their attitude.Making it sound like I stolen something from their store. Review it and talk to them.

Very disappointed with this store I have a Great Dane puppy and as you can figure they grow fast so we go through harnesses rather quickly, I ordered from the store online for pickup since I'm out of town and due to conveniency, but to my dismay out of the 14 items I had in my cart that were advertised "in stock" I was soon to find out that they had 1 of the 14 items and that was a tennis ball of all things but they didn't have the medium only small tennis balls. Only one item had shown "may not be in stock" and that was a chance plush to help whichever advertised charity at the end of checkout. I'm very fortunate I could do this from the convenience of my friends house and didn't have to scroll through the isles of empty shelves (which I was sent a pic for reference in case I wanted to select a different toy or harness and talk about limited there were only 10 items in frame on hooks the rest was just not stocked) I've been to a pet smart multiple times in my hometown but I've never had so many different items be returned because they weren't in stock. I'm more surprised they manage to make business when they have such limited product.

I sent my dogs couple times for no option around here . Today was too much baby sick and I sent my husband to drop of my dogs. I know was little bit late but always they take forever to return my dogs . I called just to say we were coming and one staff from other store cancel my appointment without my permission. I called wrong store . When my husband arrived at the right store with my dogs they refused to take because the appointments were cancel . The store manager accused my husband She said he was coming from the other store , He said no from home she said I’m checking the cameras to see you in the other store ,please who contracted this crazy one she never could be called MANAGER.We are not a liar !!!! They offer me to reschedule I was one week waiting for that appointment. I never will trust in living my dogs in that place again . Terrível people

I took my dog in for grooming yesterday and was very impressed by all the areas of the store and the people I interacted with. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. I made my way back to the groomers and was waiting outside the door because there were two other pets in front of us and it's a small reception area. Misty saw us through the door and came out to meet us. I always feel apprehensive (guilty...lol) about bringing him to the groomer because Husky fur is so overwhelming and I know it is so much more to deal with than a regular dog. She said she had several Husky clients and was really sweet to Gus.. I felt comfortable leaving him in good hands. I went to the front and make a couple of purchases before I left and the cashier was super friendly and helpful with me and everyone I saw her interact with. When I returned to pick up Gus I had the same great experience. The person in the salon was super sweet and friendly. Misty had Gus looking so handsome and he was wearing a birthday bandana! His 10th birthday was yesterday and I don't know if I told her that or she saw it on his paperwork, but I really appreciated that and I think he did too! Before we left Gus picked out a few birthday gifts for himself. The store was super clean and well stocked. We checked out with a different cashier who was also really great. As a 30 year retail veteran (still working in retail) I was genuinely impressed yesterday and wanted to let the Hoover PetSmart team know and thank them for helping make Gus's big 10 bday special. Thank you so much!
