EXPECT NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!
I had a horrible experience with Pro Cleaners. They completely ruined my dress and refused to accept any responsibility for it. The owner was extremely rude, yelling at me when I tried to address the issue. Instead of offering any help, he told me not to return. The unprofessionalism and lack of accountability were astounding. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, screaming at me for no reason when I tried to discuss the issue. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.

People please read reviews before going to this place to get your clothes drycleaned!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pro Cleaners. They completely ruined my dress, which was in perfect condition when I brought it in. When I pointed out the damage, the owner was incredibly rude and did not take any responsibility. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, the owner yelled at me and told me not to come back. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect I experienced was shocking. I strongly advise against using their services if you value your clothing and want to be treated with respect.

I needed some clothes dry cleaned. They did a good job, and I dropped it off and picked it up the same day. Great service.

I used this place before the pandemic and they were decent. I put some things in the cleaners a couple months ago and just pulled it out .. it looks exactly like I just took the dress off lol .. I have to laugh from getting upset. The stain is still there. The personality of the man that helped me was blahhh… it was the last time for me.

I have used this place a couple of times and they usually do decent work but I had to take a white dress shirt back because it had stains on it and the guy said he’d reclean it. No problem. So I went back and there are still notable stains on it. The customer service also just isn’t very good. It’s the same guy every time and he’s not friendly at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I had been a customer of theirs for a little over four straight years for dry cleaning and my dress shirts. Of late, my clothes have been coming back to me damaged and stained. 4-5 items now in last month or so. Looks like rust stains. I don’t know if their equipment is getting old or if they are hiring bad workers but clothes are expensive and I just can’t risk going back to them anymore and having more get ruined.

Paid $50 to have 1 king size down comforter cleaned and picked it up with new stains on it. Staff was also unfriendly.
