Went an got laughing cow cheese ,it was a month a half expired. Made me am my daughter real sick so who gonna pay for our hospital bill ...picks are below ,had to drive 30 minutes just to hear a ungrateful sorry by tye Manger who job it is to make sure everything is fresh ...yeah that's what publix is doing now ,it is not fresh !!!!maybe someone will finally get ahold of me

What a great staff and great service. The pharmacy staff is always friendly and hard working DARCY was especially friendly professional and helpful. I've seen some of your employees basically grow up there from cashier to assistant management. Reflects will on the store as a whole and the management team. See y'all soon.

I've never been treated so rudely by any employee here. Cassie (the cashier), and Kayla (the bagger), were carrying on their private conversation and didn't even acknowledge me. When I asked Cassie to check prices for a couple items, she acted put out by my request. Then, when neither of them understood me that I wanted the items after asking about the price, they both chimed in that they thought I said to put them back. (Not a normal customer service cheerful "I'm sorry - I didn't hear that right!"). To top it off, Cassie was slinging my food across the bagging area, including tomatoes (multiple times!). When I finally got fed up and called her out on it, she said "that's how we do it."Awful experience I hope NEVER to repeat. I'll go out of my way to avoid checking out with either of them again.

Exceptional customer service has been given to me by Mariah, Anita one of your Managers, all of your deli team, Mackenzie in produce, Desmond, Veronica and Brandon at the customer service desk! You all are awesome! I love this Publix location at Trace Crossings! Thank You All for everything you do to make grocery shopping enjoyable!

This is my favorite store for curbside pickup and since my child has a compromised immune system, that is all I have been doing for the past 9 months. These guys do it right. I have only once had even the slightest hiccup between the ordering process on the app and the pick up of the groceries. ALWAYS the people who bring the groceries to my car are VERY friendly. It is a little more expensive than going in the store but this is what I have to do for now and it is very helpful to us. So I am totally willing to pay a little more!I find this store really easy to get in and out of and really accessible from the interstate. Check out the BOGO specials on the Publix app to find some good deals! I usually take a look at everything they have BOGO and find some cool items that I would not have noticed before! This is one of the best grocery stores in Bham!

The pharmacist and their staff at Publix Pharmacy is the most courteous and eager to assist pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. I have to refill a monthly prescription that is an unusual medication and it is not stocked in the store. These guys always make sure to order it in time for delivery when my renewal is coming up and always make sure everything is taken care of. They have always answered questions and they are remarkable at remembering their customers and their specific needs / requests. Great pharmacy!

It is always so clean and almost all customers wear masks and observe social distancing. The staff are always so helpful. Iappreciate many of the long term staff here such as the baggers and their help.

My sons Dr sent over a Rx at 8:30am. When I arrived at Publix at 3:00pm I was told it’s not ready. I told the tech assisting me it was sent at 8:30, her response “we don’t open until 9!” Another tech in the back yelled down to me “we really don’t have to have it ready until tomorrow, if you wanted it sooner you should have called and told us!” When I asked How is that communicated to customers, as a customer how should I have known about that policy? The pharmacist said “you don’t”. I have been a customer here for at least a decade and have NEVER heard this, never. This is the 4th or 5th time in a row we have had slow/not so friendly service, but today’s experience/service had me leaving in tears. If you’re at the pharmacy-typically you’ve already had a bad day you don’t need their lack of service adding to it.
